For two weeks I hadn't seen Chresano yet alone heard his name
I would sit by the fence and wait for him to come but he never did but I still hung on to the little bit of hope left that he would meet me by the fence.. 12:09 still no sign of him I sighed deeply standing up preparing to walk back to my home when I heard a faint "Psst" I turned around and there was Chresanto Leaning up against the wired fence
"Missed me?"
"Where the hell have you been?" I asked turning around feeling relief pour into my body
"I was just working on the plan to ensure that we don't get caught." He informed me as he began to climb up the fence he hopped over and landed on the ground infront of me he stared into my eyes while I gazed into his
I pulled him into a long meaningful hug and began to cry in his shoulder this moment was Bittersweet for the both of us It felt nice to have his body in my arms after so long a feeling I yearned for every day. Moments like this I cherished them. I wanted us to be able to be like this everyday.
"I missed you.." I said faintly
"I missed you too.." Chresanto said back his smooth voice soft in my ear
We pulled away from the hug and Chresanto took a seat on the ground I sat next to him placing my head on his shoulder It was nothing silence between us but the silence wasn't awkward..for we were to caught up in our emotions to care.
"Erin.." Chresanto called finally after 5 long meaningful minutes had passed
"Yes?" I answered
"We can leave tomorrow.." He informed me "and Finally live the life we want.."
"Tomorrow? Chres.." I asked sitting up
"Yes tomorrow.."
"Are you sure..Did you think this through carefully?" I asked for I was scared of what would happen if we would get caught
"I did.." He nodded "We have to leave tomorrow theres no option.."
"What do you mean theres no option?" I questioned
"Tomorrow is unity day.." Chresanto said "The only time of the year when this stupid fence is let down and the Devils, Angels, Fortunate, and the less fortunate are able to merge together as one..for one whole day..you see why this is the perfect opportunity for us..Right?"
"Right.." I nodded as I looked at my lap
"Erin..look..if this is gonna work you cannot be scared..you have to promise me you wont back out..because if you back out at the last minute my God were screwed."
"Chresanto..I-I don't think I can do this.."
"Erin yes you can..I am not about to let two weeks of hard work go to waste all because you're scared You have to let your Heart over power your fears focus on us..and the life we'll have when we get out of this hell hole."
I sighed deeply letting every word that Chresanto said settle into my Head
"Okay.." I said agreeing
"Okay?" He smiled clarifying that I was sticking to my answer
"Yes okay." I smiled
Chres picked me up and spun me around I laughed loudly the unit Light came on indicating that someone from the Head knew that we were out past curfew
"Erin quick!" Chres said lowly as he drug my arm
Chresanto took off running and I ran closely behind him the unit light began make a loud noise and red lights lit up the ground beneath our feet and before we both knew it the guards began to line up around the facility
"Change of plans..looks like were leaving tonight.." Chresanto panted "Get in front of me and run as fast as you can and do not slow down no matter what."
I stopped for a second to catch my breath
"Forever?" I asked in between my short staccato like breathing
"Forever." Chresanto responded
I Inhaled deeply and took off running
"RETURN TO YOUR HOMES IMMEDIATELY." Someone shouted after us I turned around looking
"ERIN DONT TURN AROUND! GO!" Chresanto said
I could hear the guards coming behind us on there Motor Pads
"Chresanto were not gonna make it they have Motor Pads!"
"Good..I'll steal us one!" Chresanto shouted in my ear I could hear the Bike's getting closer towards us
"Erin...stop running and Hide over there I'm gonna stop running..and when you see me get on the Bike SPRINT over to me Okay?"
"Chresanto thats too dangerous!"
"I know the risks..but I'm willing to take them for you."
I nodded not knowing how to respond I hid behind a small tree and watched Chresanto's every move He stopped running and stood in the middle of the ground He held his hands up and the guard got off his Bike and walked towards Chresanto a Gun in his hand he pointed it a Chres
"I appologize for not being in my home..My little sister she ran out the house I was just trying to find her.." Chresanto Lied breaking rule number three

"Look there she is!" The guard turned around and Chrsanto acted quick he kicked the guard to the ground making the gun fly out his hands the Chresanto quickly picked up the gun
"Im sorry about this but I can run the risk of you telling..." Chresanto Pointed the gun at the mans head preparing to shoot
"DONT!" I yelled sprinting over to Him "LET'S GO! PLEASE!" I begged Chresanto groaned as he hopped on the Bike and I got on the back holding onto his waist tightly Chresanto revved up the contraption before he took off pushing it to its maximum potential I looked back at the guard and he still laid on the ground in agonizing pain but his eyes some how still some how connected with mine Which made me feel all the more worst
"Don't look back Erin..This is our new life now."
and he was right but I don't know why I felt so bad for leaving this Is what I wanted after all. or what Chresanto wanted after all.
