I do not know how to start and from where to start. I think we only want to remember good memories and good things, but the truth is, most of the time we think about the incidence and the memories which always hurt us. We cannot control our thought; we can only divert them for sometime by involving ourselves with other stuff. But if those thoughts and those things start hindering you in every manner or you are not able to concentrate on other things.
We human beings are very ambitious and we want to do something productive in our life because we have brain which segregates us from our mammals. But these brains create trouble, when it starts generating thoughts which hurt us. In our life, we are living in a society where we get attached to many people; love attachments, family attachment and friends.
However, we panic, when we find that our relationship start souring. Changing of people attitude towards ourselves bothers us; like those people whose morning is not good without our good morning wish, is now disturbing their sleep to wish good morning to someone else, not you. Even this thought kills us; imagine when it happens in reality; how much it hurts. When someone you love will say, I am seeking someone else to be my life partner, how good it sounds. It kills you thousand times/ per second. But all you can do is to be strong, easy to say; hard to follow.
It hurts, when you expect your family, your loved one and your friends to stand by you and they turned up with nothing. It hurts when you cry every single night after faking "I am ok smile" for whole day. It hurts when your career get demolished and you start doubting on your skills and potential. Who can bring you out of your, it hurts zone?
For this answer is only you. You have to be strong enough to understand the fact that nothing last forever. You have to stop your expectations from others and you have to stop judging people for their action; because everyone has their own valid reasons. You have to respect the others opinion.
All you have to be strong and to see the things which can make you happy and enthusiastic about life. None can help you, if you do not want to help yourself. Life cannot stop; love can never die; only attachments die. Give yourself opportunity to live; one day will come when it will stop hurting you anymore and you can say "it won't hurt anymore."
