So I decided to start translating one of my works, to make it more accessible for other reader. English is not my first language, so there will be some mistakes.
In the first chapter a short occurrence of sexual harassment after being drugged will come up and mentioning of trauma therapy.
For those who like a warning about such things.

With a frustrated grunt Krist sat down in one of the bar seats.
Today was one of those days.
He had already realized it when he got up that, no matter what he did, he would not be able to free himself from the oppressive feeling that sometimes haunted him.
Yet he could not just fall back into bed and hide from the world.
He had a too hectic life, which he largely owed to his job.
So, after a day packed with work, he had been looking forward to enjoying his evening with Wawa and a drink.
Unfortunately she had to cancel on him.
Although it was damping his mood a bit, he was not willing to just get bored at home tonight.
Therefor he had looked for a cozy bar without a companion. He choose a seat at the counter, which was not yet occupied by to many people.
With a sip from his gin and tonic, which was just placed in front of him, he finally let some of the tension of the day fall from his shoulders. It had been a while, since he went out without any obligations attached to it.
All these stiff celebrations and occasions were always a toil to him.
His work could be quite exhausting. Some days 24 hours seemed not enough at all.
But nothing sapped him more off than spending hours, as if he were someone who liked nothing more than to show up in an uncomfortable designer suit and spent his times with superficial small talk.
At such times it was always a big relief, if he had someone of his close colleagues or even friends with him. It made it a lot more bearable.
If acting was not his biggest passion, he would have quit years ago.
There were incidents that made him doubt, if it was all really worth it, but in the end his adore and stubbornness dragged him over all those obstacles.
He was proud, that he had accomplished a pretty respectable reputation for himself over time.
Krist spun the crystal tumbler in his hand thoughtfully.
Despite everything, one thing he had never been able to attain.
But in the end it was probably better that way.
He had become accustomed to the fact that, for a certain piece of peace, you had to keep something about yourself a secret.
Luckily, he had found friends throughout his career, with whom he could be the person he really was, away from all the pomp and buzz.
It was getting busier around him. The bar filled up with more people and he was glad that he didn't have to look for a seat now.
Krist finally turned to the dance floor, on which a party joyous crowd bustled around. He watched the seemingly hypnotic performance a little longingly. If he were not alone today, he would have liked to join, but he was not looking for some kind of contact. Something that could not be avoided on such an energetic dance floor. There was always the risk to be recognized. Sure he had put an effort in his appearance not to get discovered that easily, but one could never be cautions enough.
