Morticia was kind of nervous to meet the guy who would be her sisters husband. She only knew he is a rich guy and didn't meet her sister before either. She wondered why her sister would marry him but her mother said she has to marry a rich guy. Her mother wanted to have money so desperately she called the next rich family she knew and asked for a single man between 25 and 30.

Morticia was single since the day of her birth, she was too different for the normal guys. Her sister was such a beauty, blond, tan and with such a beautiful smile. But Morticia was really pale, had black hair and refused to smile unless someone told her something about death or darkness. She also liked to cut off the heads of her dolls, digging graves for them and burry them in the backyard.

Her mother made some tea for the guest and told Morticia she should take on her best dress. Her sister Ophelia braided her hair and put some white bows in it. Ophelia wore a bright yellow dress and some flowers in her blond also braided hair. Morticias dress was black obviously, her favourite colour. She didn't have any clothes in a different colour.

The three of them sat on the sofa right at the moment when the doorbell rang. Her mother got up to open the door. She led the guest into the living room where Ophelia immediately ran to him, hugging him and kissed his cheek. Gomez, the guest looked a bit overwhelmed, hugging her back slightly. He didn't know the girl would be so... Ordinary. He didn't like that.

Morticia refused to look at Gomez. She never liked her sisters boyfriends. They all were so happy and so... Normal. But after some minutes of hugging and the stupid giggle from her sister made her a bit curious about that man. She looked at his direction but she couldn't see him because her annoying sister hugged him so much, covering his face.

He finally managed to get free and sat next to Morticia on the sofa. Their eyes met and it was like the whole world would stop. Morticia were so beautiful and perfect. Gomez looked so different, in a good way of course. His beard just looked amazing and fitted perfectly in his face. Morticia had perfectly shaped lips and he wanted nothing more then just kiss her. Morticia could feel the passion between them. It was weird. She never felt like that before.

It felt like they were looking at each other for hours, days, or even months. "This is my sister Morticia" Ophelia said smiling at him. Gomez kept looking at her and took her hand, kissing the back of it. "I'm Gomez, it's a pleasure to meet you Morticia" She smiled wide. It was the first smile that didn't come after a dark joke, something about death or anything like that. The way he said her name sent shivers down her spine.

After Morticia finally realised he was the guy who would marry her sister, she got up uncomfortable and left the room. She couldn't believe she would loose the only perfect human being on this awful world to her sister. She just wanted to cry. If she couldn't have him she didn't want to have anybody.

Gomez was a bit confused and embarrassed. He knew Morticia wasn't the girl he was about to marry but he wanted her more then anything in the word. He got up and ran after her, not even thinking about Ophelia.

Ophelia and her Mother looked at each other, confused and not sure what just happened. They also got up and ran after Gomez.
