Thrilled (Villain Deku AU)

Izuku Midoria was a young boy, 14 years of age to be exact, he had greenish hair and freckles, he was okay in school, well, grades wise but the schools social order was another thing. You see Izuku was quirkless, witch made him an easy target. So much so that his childhood best friend Katsuki became his biggest bully, that hurt Izuku most of all.

IN SCHOOL
"Deku you fucking loser watch where your going!"
"K-Kacchan! Sorry I was-"
Kastuki had punched Izuku into a wall
Izuku grunted and slide down to the floor. His nose was bleeding but not broken thankfully.
"A worthless piece of shit like you doesn't deserve to live, so keep that in mind next time you think you can bump into me"
Izuku got up and began his daily trip to the nurse. As he moves through the hall he hears the chatter from his peers
"Again! What a loser"
"Ahhh, I know if I was quirkiness I'd probably kill myself"
"Bakugo at it again ayy"
"Just die already"
Izuku Just kept walking, holding back  the tears.

HOME
Home was the only place Izuku felt welcomed, his mother loved him dearly, more than anything in fact and as did Izuku with his mother Inko. Inko was a short and chubby women, her husband/Izuku' s dad left when Izuku was young, he barely rembered him.
"Izuku what happened your all bruised?" His mother asked worried
"I fell" Izuku lied.
Inko knew this, she called the school multiple times but Izuku would still come home like this everyday. Izuku wouldn't tell her who did it either, he hated being a bother and feared he would only make Kacchan mad.
Inko sighed "well how about this, I got payed today, let's go out to eat"
This made Izuku interested, it's been months since they last went out.
"Okay, sound fun!" Izuku knew he wouldn't get another chance to have fun with his mother for a while, since most days she doesn't come home until it's late.

IN THE CITY
Izuku and his mother were heading to their favorite restraunt, it's been a year since they went there though.
Inko was careful to maneuver the conversation away from school and friends, school for obvious reasons and friends because, well, he didn't have any. One topic that he did enjoy talking about was his favorite hero All Might.
In this world of quirks it was easy for crime to break out, dangerous quirks could be use for evil, so natrally there needed to be heros to stop the villains. Under government control heros are protecting citizens who can't fight from villains, and in the hero rankings, All Might was no. 1
Izuku's dream Was to be like All Might, to be a hero. But for some one without a quirk his chance of becoming a hero was slim to none and Izuku knew this.
Izukus mom new his dream and even if she believed he couldn't become a hero, she still supported him.

Izuku was walking by his moms side, when they suddenly hear what sounded like an explosion, frightened by the sound inko fell on the concrete hurting her ankle
"Mom are you alright" izuku said worridly
"I'm okay but I think I twisted my ankle, it hurts quite a bit"
Izuku helped his mom up and walked her to sit on a near by bench. The sound of screams and explosions continued.
Intrested by the thought of a battle between a major hero and a villain made Izuku want to go take a look.
"Wait here" izuku told his mother
"Where are going" izuku said scarily
"I just want to take a look"
"Dont leave you'll get hurt"
"I'll be right back, I just want to see what's going on and I'll get help"
"Wai-"
Before Inko could finish izuku was rushing to the scene.
When he arrived to the source of the noise
We coldent believe what he was seeing, it was villain with a body made of sludge and being consumed by that sludge was kacchan.
Trying to escape kacchan was setting off blast, trying to get the villain off him to no avail. Kacchan's blast were however destroying the city. The heros that arrived to the scene could not damage the villain without hurting kacchan or getting hit by an explosion.

The heros were powerless against the villain and katsuki, all they could do was sit and wait for a hero with a more suited quirk.
Katsuki was really struggling as the explosions were getting larger and more dangerous.
The villain was using this to his advantage directing the blast towards stand by heros, a large explosion hit the side of the building, destroying inner support beams, the hero started to scream run as the building was crashing down
Almost all the citizens ran away from the building, except one
Inko had limped her way to the source of the chaos to find her son. Unaware the building was about to collapse she strayed right in the way of danger. Izuku saw his mom and screamed to her
“NO RUN AWAY” he screamed while running towards her but he was too late.
Before izuku could get to her, concrete from the building fell, crushing her beneath the rubble.
