"A trap?" He frowned, not liking the idea that the half breed would fall into such a ridiculous trap. Nevertheless, the very thought of his younger brother falling into such schemes would be his own foolishness.

"Yes,..as you may know. The village in the southern border part wasn't reporting or requested your brother's help. They didn't even having a problem about a single demon attacking their livestock nor too aware that the rumours were spreading up about a demon. On the contrary, one of the villagers saw your brother lurking in the forest with a strange escort - according to that lecherous monk's report. It is quite belief that this is sort of plan to lure Inuyasha into such an fraudulent schemes. However, the only remain mysterious is that who is behind of this circumstances. Or who is the culprit of Inuyasha's sudden disappearance. Those were the only an unanswerable questions." The imp explained in an serious tone.

Indeed, the imp has a point. With Naraku's demise and the sacred jewel's gone, Inuyasha might have had enemies but those demons or whatsoever were no match against the half-breed unless there was someone who could challenge his brother with the power of a sacred piece of jewel. Impossible, the sacred jewel was completely destroyed by that human priestess with the use of an arrow - and the only remaining the pieces of sacred jewel was that Kohaku's jewel that kept him alive.

"I beg your pardon for intruding your thoughts, My lord - however , There is something important I need to inform you."

He coldly stared at the imp for information.

"About Inuyasha's companions, well-..ehem,..they demanded your presence at the village for a sole reasons. It seems that they wanted your aid by finding Inuyasha. However, I gave them no response about where you're at, my lord - so you don't have to trouble yourself  about them. And they- " He gulped.

With the imp continuously imcoherent ranting, Sesshomaru was in deep thought, not clearly paying attention to the imp after Jaken informed him about his younger brother's companions. Back to his thoughts, it seemed they needed his help for finding Inuyasha, causing them to realize that they couldn't handle a dire situation such as the sudden disappearance of the half-breed without Sesshomaru's aid. If he helped them by searching Inuyasha then that would be a waste of his time, wasn't it?. Besides, it was not his business to take care of. It was their problem to solve it not his own so there was nothing for him to intervene such a troublesome situation. However, with the thought that someone has taken his younger brother's life instead by his own hands was utterly despicable and it would be dishonourable to his own deceased father that his favourite yet detestable son was pathetically killed by an unknown culprit. He, the current Lord of the Western lands, is the rightful one who would eliminate the half-breed's life without hesitation and mercy when the time comes that their fates clashed, the only demon who could spare his brother's life other than the others, and the only person who would do willingly to have his brother by his side even they were meant to be hated each other.

Again, his thoughts were hurling inside his mind like a tornado. He stood up from the tree's trunk and stared at the canopy of leaves that was blown softly by the nature's breeze. Perhaps, it was time for him to go back to that village where his human companion was staying. He barely paying attention when the imp continuously talking.

" yet those humans continued speaking of such an inconsequent matters rather than particular subject. Nonetheless, Rin has insisted your presence instead of being obedient just like -" Sesshomaru cut his sentence off before intervening his own.

"Jaken, report this information to Totosai. After what you've assigned, I expect you to be at the village without being belated of this. Do you understand? "He didn't stare at the poor for an affirmative response instead he only started to pace at his way towards the Village.
