You suddenly felt the clear, briny water hit your body. "The cookie behind me must've pushed me in." you thought. You knew how to swim, but the problem was, you were suffocating on saltwater. You heard distant yelps and yaps, probably coming from bystanders who didn't know what to do. "It's the end of the line for me..."
But as soon as that thought hit you, a cookie jumped in to try and save you.
"I-is that Lime Cookie?"
She held onto you and tried to swim to the surface, but alas, she was not much of a swimmer.
You both helplessly splashed around in the seawater while several cookies look around and shout for help.
"I wonder if the cookie who pushed me in could even care. If they even did, they would try to save me,"
Lime Cookie's limbs were starting to soften and turn into mush. She couldn't scream, but you could tell how painful it must've been. You
wondered why you weren't withering away as fast as she was.
Something (or someone) dunked into the water. They reached out their body for Lime Cookie to latch onto. She latched on with her left leg and arm. You tried to hold onto Lime Cookie, but she was already out of the water.
You were now seeing the water slowly fade darker and darker.
Your hearing was starting to deteriorate.
The last thing you saw... was your leg floating towards the surface, away from your body...
