[ year one ]

[ CHAPTER 1: year one ]

[ Y/N'S POINT OF VIEW ]

It was finally September the 1st.

I couldn't help myself from jumping around because of too much excitement. The sugar that I consumed earlier didn't helped either. I would be attending Hogwarts with my older brother, Jaebum, who's currently in his 4th year today. 

I glanced on the muggle train station, in the middle of two pillars, there said platform 9 and the other said platform 10. And we were told to go to platform 9 3/4, but I can't find it anywhere.

Someone placed their hand on my shoulder, I jumped a bit totally surprised. But calm down a bit when I looked up to see that it's just my brother, "Where can we locate platform 9 3/4?"

He chuckled before messing up my hair, he pointed at the pillar. "You'll have to go through that pillar first", he told me. He grabbed his cart, full of his own things including his pet owl. I looked at him with a confused expression, "Just follow me", he reassured him.

I watched him ran into the pillar of platform 9, and he suddenly disappeared. I tilted my head to the side, before finally deciding to grab my cart. I took a deep breath before rushing to the pillar, I looked quite unsure as I got nearer to the pillar. 

Bracing myself to hit the wall, with my eyes closed tightly. I felt a cool breeze, then it stopped as soon at it came. I opened my eyes, my jaw dropped in amazement once I saw the sight in front of me. I'm really standing in Platform 9 3/4. 

A giant train, that was painted in red immediately caught my attention. I took a step forward trying to get a good look of the magnificent machine in front of me. Many kids are already boarded on the train, I looked around in hopes to find my brother.

I glanced at the busy crowd, hoping that I would catch a glimpse of my brother's whereabouts. After looking for a few seconds, I gave up since I really can't find him. I'll find him later.

I quickly boarded the train excitedly. I walked past many compartments, mostly full. Until I finally found my brother, sitting with I assume are his friends. He was quick to notice me and shot a quick wave at me. It's a relief that I finally found him, but too bad, his compartment is full already so I can't join them.

So after sending him a small smile, I left and went to look for a compartment that wasn't full. There was one, but two boys that looked around my age are already sitting. "Hello, may I sit here?", I gave them a small smile.

The browned hair boy, smiled at me, "Of course!", he exclaimed. I thanked them before sitting across the two of them. "Are you a first year too?", he asked me excitedly. I nodded, "I'm Jeon Jungkook", he introduced himself.
