This a story about fulfilling a promise particularly when it attributes such to a family work and/or a mission passed onto by the predecesors to their children for the fulfillment of the long-kept dream to happen. The story revolves on to the five major familes which were chosen to become part of San Carmelo Group of Companies. After a decade, when the predecessors are almost close to their death beds, their family lawyers were summoned in order to finalize and aunthenticate the contents of the last will and testament which the families have kept for the longest time.
First, the Altamirano family whose pride is inclined to the winery industry. Rosanna Altamirano, manager of Hacienda Amadesto, eldest daughter and Kayla Altamirano, manager and owner of Alta Destilando, the youngest daughter. On the other hand, Lucero Balbin, the Altamirano's step-sister, was their chosen associate stockholder. However, Lucero was the last person who seceded Audra Mari and Ephraim when she found out it is useless to aggressively fight for her reinstatement as associate stockholder but she became an assistant general manager for operations of San Carmelo.
Second, the Buenaventura family whose niche is carved on the academe sector and the service industry sector. Franco Buenaventura, owner of Valle Encantado, Hector's twin brother and Hector Buenaventura, president of Juillard Institute, Franco's twin brother. However, Ephraim Albavera, the main male villain and the Buenaventura's cousin, was chosen by the family to be their associate stockholder in the group of companies. Unfortunately, Ephraim ended up imprisoned for lifelong sentence after discovering his corruption as an associate stockholder in San Carmelo,
Third, the del Carmen family whose very well-known for the shoe industry and evangelical field. Maxene del Carmen, manager and owner of Memorata Shoes, Warren's sister and Warren del Carmen, founder of LifeBox Ministry, Maxene's elder brother. Nonetheless, Patricio Cueller, the del Carmen's family-friend, was their choice to become their associate stockholder. Unfortunately, after leaving their alliance, Patricio died of heart attack when he resolved to refuse his reinstatement in San Carmelo for a reason Audra Mari and Ephraim will discover once he was reinstated in the group of companies.
Fourth, the San Antonio family is prominent for the real estate and garment industries respectively. Celine San Antonio, manager of San Antonio Real Estate, Judah's sister and Judah San Antonio, chief executive officer of Etihad Textile, Celine's younger brother. Interestingly, Audra Mari Almazan, the main female villain and family friend of the San Antonio family, was selected to become part of the associate stockholder of the group of companies in behalf of the San Antonio family. In the end, Audra Mari died when she was hit by a delivery truck while crossing the highway. However, flashes of heinous acts hunted her after fighting back to be reinstated in San Carmelo as associated stockholder.
Finally, the San Roman family who is very much inclined and popular in the human resource and charitable institutions. Xander San Roman, pioneer of World Vision, Natalia's brother and Natalia San Roman, general manager of San Roman Enterprise, Xander's younger sister. On the contrary, Jesy Macotela,family friend of the San Roman family, was chosen to become an associate stockholder of the family for the group of companies. Fortunately, after her confrontation with Kayla, Jesy has first decided to leave their alliance and fulfill the promise and redeem herself after she did to the families.
