BANG! BANG! BANG! The loud noise continues still hurting Calum's ears making them feel like they're gonna bleed. "How are you doing?" Darren asks Calum. "I'm not okay" Calum replies. BANG! BANG! BANG! The noise continues. "Why? What's wrong?" Darren asks. "I keep hearing a banging noise and it's so annoying" Calum replies. BANG! BANG! BANG!
"Did you hear it too?" Calum asks. "No I didn't" Darren replies. "Do I seriously need to stay here for six more days?" Calum asks. BANG! BANG! BANG! "UGH! MAKE IT STOP!" Calum shouts. "Shh" Darren tries to hush Calum. BANG! BANG! BANG! "OW! MY EARS!" Calum shouts again. BANG! BANG! BANG! "STOP IT" he continues shouting. Darren starts to get fed up of Calum's shouting so he makes him fall asleep.
Calum wakes up two hours after Darren made him fall asleep. BANG! BANG! BANG! "Please make it stop!" Calum says his voice a bit calmer but still in a bit of an annoyed tone. "I can't" Darren replies. "Why not?" Calum asks. "Because I didn't cause it" Darren replies. "You didn't cause it?" Calum asks worried. "Nope, I didn't" Darren replies. BANG! BANG! BANG! Calum holds his hands towards his ears as this noise is unbearable but it doesn't help at all.
"Are you sure?" Calum asks. "One thousand percent I would take credit for it if I did it Calum" he replies. BANG! BANG! BANG! The noise just goes on non-stop. "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE" Calum shouts. "Are you just making excuses cause you want to get back to the real world quicker?" Darren asks Calum. "No my ears hurt and so does my head because of this annoying loud noise" he replies.
Calum still wonders where the hell the banging noise is coming from. Could it be his imagination? Is it some sound that randomly got stuck in his head? I mean he is the only person here other than Darren who claims he didn't do it right? I'm the only person here and I'm not banging on anything so it's definitely not me. What could it possibly be? Calum thinks to himself. BANG! BANG! BANG! He hears again. Am I going insane? He continues to think. There's nothing making that noise he thinks again. I think i- BANG! BANG! BANG! The noise continues making Calum lose his train of thought.
BANG! BANG! BANG! "THIS NOISE IS KILLING ME!" Calum shouts. "Fine, I'll take you to a different thought" Darren says sending Calum back to the dark place with nothing around him. The banging noise finally disappears. Thank goodness it stopped Calum thinks to himself. It was probably just something in the cage. He continues thinking to himself.
Calum is really bored considering the fact he only has Darren to talk to and he doesn't have much to do here. Calum just tries to fall asleep again. He manages to fall asleep soon enough. His sleep lasts for around two hours as he wakes up to a shrill sound. Eek! Eek! Eek! "Ugh! Can't these strange noises leave my ears" Calum says irritated.
EEK! EEK! EEK! The sound continues the volume and pitch becoming higher and higher by the minute. Calum puts his hands to his ears again. EEK! EEK! EEK! The noise continues. Please stop please Calum thinks to himself again.
Calum feels as if this week has taken seven years to pass by. That's probably cause he's not been doing much. The shrill noise has still been going on non-stop and Calum still isn't used to it. Darren said he couldn't do much to help him either. Calum has a really bad headache and his ears kind of hurt too.
"Darren it's been a week now, please can you put my consciousness back in the real world?" Calum requests Darren. "I'll see about that" he replies. "Oh come on you made me waste a whole week doing absolutely nothing here" Calum complains. "It's your fault for touching my things" Darren says to Calum. "I didn't mean to" he replies. "I'm sorry" he adds. "Okay fine I'll let you go back to the real world today" Darren finally gives in. "Really?" Calum asks him. "Yeah" he replies. "Thankyou" Calum replies.
Darren makes Calum unconscious in his mind. Calum's unconscious in his mind and body for now. Darren then puts Calum's consciousness back in the real world. It takes a little while for Calum to wake up. He gets a little shock before waking up. He looks around his surroundings. He's really greatful to finally be back in his bedroom.
He then goes downstairs to the corridor near his living room. He notices his friends focused something on TV and decides to surprise them when the advertisement break begins. He hides near the doorway to the living room and waits for the next advertisement break.
The advertisement break begins and Calum slowly walks to the living room and sits on the couch in the middle of them. It takes his friends a little while to notice him. "Calum!" Ashton exclaims. "Hi" Calum says. "I missed you" Luke says. "Same here" Michael replies. "I've missed too" Ashton responds. "I missed you guys a lot" Calum tells them. The three of them hug Calum one after the other.
"What have you guys been doing while I wasn't here?" Calum asks. "Not much really just watching tv, going out for food and drinks and all you know the usual" Luke replies. "Aww I did basically nothing all week I kept hearing strange noises and all though" Calum tells them. "It was really really annoying" he adds to what he was telling them. "Aww that's a shame" Michael replies. "It is" Calum responds looking down. "Are you okay?" Ashton asks Calum. "Not really to be honest" he replies. "What's wrong?" Ashton asks. "I have a terrible headache and my ears hurt" Calum replies. "I know you only recently woke up but I think you need to get some more rest" Ashton says. "I suppose so, I'll see you guys in a little while" Calum says going back upstairs to his room.
Calum goes back to his bed. He shuts his eyes hoping to get some rest. It doesn't take really long for him to fall asleep and wake up either. Calum hears screaming this time. Ahh! Ahh! Ahh! He hears making him put his hands near his ears which doesn't help much.
Calum rushes downstairs. "Did you guys hear that?" Calum asks his friends walking towards the doorway of his living room. "Hear what?" Michael questions back. AHH! AHH! AHH! The screaming continues. "Someone screaming" Calum replies. "I didn't hear it" Michael responds. "I didn't either" Luke responds. "Neither did I" Ashton responds. AHH! AHH! AHH! "There it is again" Calum tells them. "There's nobody screaming Cal" Michael replies. "Um maybe it's just my imagination, I'm gonna try and get some rest" Calum responds awkwardly before going back to his bedroom. AHH! AHH! AHH! Calum ignores the screams and falls asleep again.
