*Beep beep beep* My alarm clock rang, waking me up to go to school. I got dressed in my pink t shirt with my initials on the front pocket. I did my make up and hair and ran downstairs. I grabbed an apple off the counter and sat down.
Kenzie joined me a second later, with a banana. She sighed and unlocked her phone, which she was constantly on. "You know, if you're going to be like me, you're going to have to put down the phone and interact with people." I said looking at her. "Whatever." She replied snobbishly. You see, I ran the school. With me being in 8th grade, I'm pretty much the queen. Kenzie on the other hand, is semi-popular and in the 5th grade.
I sighed at my weird sister and grabbed my bag. "Bye!" I yelled, getting a "see ya." from my sister and just a "yeah okay" from my mom. She was always busy, between work, Kenzie's singing "career" and her new boyfriend Matt, she didn't have much time for me. But I didn't care.
I joined my two best friends, Chloe and Paige. I guess you could call them my posse. Chloe was wearing her teal t shirt that matched mine and Paige was wearing a white t shirt. I checked their hair, makeup and wardrobe, just to make sure they did everything that I said. I looked at Paige's eyeliner and noticed it was smudged. That girl has always had trouble with eye makeup. I laughed as I quickly fixed it, just as the bus pulled up.
