Chapter 1

Russia 1999:                                                            

A beautiful woman with long blond wavy hair, green eyes, and in a pale blue dress looked down into her arms. There was a beautiful babe of only 4 years of age in the woman's arms. She had blond hair like her mother and vibrant blue eyes she took from her father. Her father on the other hand was a handsome man with dark hair and blue eyes. She looked at the child with eyes full of love.

She gently took her most precious ring off, took a dainty gold chain off her dresser and slipped the ring on the chain and hung it around the toddlers neck. "This ring that I am giving you is precious, let it be a reminder that I am always here for you, you must remain brave for the rest of your life, my sweet Celine" the woman whispered to the child.

Lord Marshall Karpov and lady Chanary Karpova were a happy, wealthy couple, they were kind to all.......

Suddenly lord Marshall burst into the luxurious room and said, "They found us. RUN!!!". Lord Marshall pulled the rug back and revealed a trap door. Footsteps where heard banging loudly against the wooden floors.

A man came in and yelled "Вот они!"( there they are). Lord Marshall quickly hit him over the head with his pistol and knocked him out. Marshall helps Chanary and their daughter through the trap door.

As they escape he turns around and sees his greatest enemy Mr. Igor Pudvic. " До свидания, старый друг»(Good bye old friend). After saying this words he held up a gun too Marshall's head and shot him. Marshall fell limp onto the carpet.

Once Chanary heard the foot steps receding she quickly got out from the layer and once she saw Marshall she cried very hard. She sat her child down on the bed and she whispered "I will always love you, but it's time for me to go, my sweet Celine, remember always be brave" with that she kissed her child, walked to her vanity picked up a gold dagger encrusted with gems, and plunged it into herself.

She fell on the floor next to her beloved Marshall , and looked as beautiful as ever with her pale skin and blond hair.

They four year old wobbled over "Мама, Папа?" (Mom, Dad?) the toddler called. Celine suddenly burst into tears, a maid walked passed the room and glanced in. To her horror both the Karpov's were dead.

In the Celine's parents will, it was written that if they died a quarter of their riches would go to the Wang family in Korea and that the Wang family would take care of their child. Celine would get her inheritance once she married.

The Wang family was the 3rd most wealthiest family in the world while the Karpov family was the family wealthiest in the world.
