Chapter 5

Clary's POV

I fell asleep again yesterday but now I had to go up because of school. So I got in to my bathroom and took a quick shower and brushed my teeth.

I went to my closet and picked out a dark purple ripped T-shirt, blue boyfriend jeans and put on fishnets under. I hastily put on my leather jacket and ran downstairs to say bye to my family.

When I parked my motorcycle on the parking lot outside school I walked towards Alec, Izzy and Jace's car.
"Hey guys!" I said while chewing on gum. "Hi Clary!" Izzy said happily. "There's a party at Sebastian's house tonight and we're all invited." She continued. "I don't thi..." I tried to say but was interrupted by Isabelle, "Oh no you are definitely coming no matter what."

At lunch

I sat down between Isabelle and Alec and started eating my pizza I got from the lunch line. "Okay so, am I going to yours to get ready before the party?" I asked Izzy. "Of course you are hunny!" She said sweetly. 

After lunch I went to my geography class. I was so in to my doodling so I didn't even notice the teacher calling my name. "Clary?" "Clary?!" "Clarissa?!"  My head snapped up at my whole name. "What?" I asked annoyed. "What is the capital of Sweden?" Mr Green asked. "Uh um..." damn it I knew the answer I just... "Stockholm?" I said a little bit unsure.  "Thank you Ms Fairchild."

Jace's POV

When I came home I went upstairs to my room and put on earbuds and listened to music.

I loved that song, Everything I Need by Skylar Grey from one of my favourite movies, Aquaman.

After listening on music for a while I went and took a shower. When I came out I started to dress for the party so I put on my boxers and some black jeans when I heard a knock from downstairs.

I headed down to open the door and behind the door stood the most beautiful girl I have ever seen... wait? What the hell am I thinking?

I saw Clary eyeing my bare chest. "Liking what you see?" I asked smirking. She just ignored me and pushed me to the side and went to Izzy's room. I yelled "I know you want this!" After her. "No I really don't think I do!" She yelled back.

Clary's POV

"Hey Iz." I said when I came in to Isabelle's room. I didn't think about it before but her room was quite big. The walls were dark pinkish purplish and she had a big closet with tons of clothes. She also had a double bed and two nice armchairs and a big makeup table.

"Here put this on!" Izzy said and handed me a short black dress. I put it on and it hugged my body perfectly in the exact right places. The dress almost didn't cover my butt so I had to try get it down a bit more. It showed pretty much my whole back and made sure you could see my boobs. Because I was so flat chested Izzy insisted on me using push up bra.

Then she fixed my hair, she fixed my curls so they were laid out perfectly and added tons of glitter. (A/N: Magnus is coming soon!)

She fixed my makeup and did a smokey eye and put on a dark red shade of lipstick. After that she fixed her own makeup and hair and put on a red party dress.

"Are you ready to show the boys?" Izzy asked. "Hell ya, they're gonna start drooling, well maybe except from Alec." I said. "What makes you say that?" She said a little unsure. "Well obviously Alec is gay." I said awkwardly. "I don't have to talk about it if he doesn't want people to know." I added hastily. Isabelle just nodded.
