Never again did I ever accept your forgiveness

For it was nothing more but a dying rose left upon the glass you shattered behind

I was left with broken promises that cut deeper than any blade

An empty bottle was left upon the table that bled your true colors

No longer able to seek happiness from your wicked soul, I turned to the bottom of a bottle

Colors that were once thought to blend with mine were faded away

Blighted, tortured, disgraced

I believed in a God that wouldn't believe in me

Why did it have to come to this?

I was gone with the wind.
