Sasha hated her roommate. Not in the "OMG I HATE YOUUU XOXO" kind of way, but in that way where everything they do begins to make you want to suffocate them. Leap across the room, wrap your hands around their neck and just suffocate them.

And that's how she ended up in detention.

See, detention is a rare thing at Sasha's school. In an academy full of discipled ballerinas, there's no need for them. Unless you're like Sasha and have no anger management whatsoever, then, there's a pretty good need for it.

"So what have you learned?" Madame Flowers asked as she paced the front of the dance room. Sasha bowed into her 54th- 55th grand plie.

"I've learned that I need a new roommate-" Madame Flowers shot Sasha a warning look. "... I've learned that I should control my temper." Sasha finally spit out.

"Very good." The older woman stopped pacing and flourished her hand at Sasha. "You may go." And with that final dismissal, Sasha was half way across the room, her bag in her arms and her feet aching to be freed of the pointe shoes.

"Sasha!" Three voices cried at once. The raven haired girl rolled her eyes and paused to let the  girls catch up.

"What's detention like?" Ginny said quickly.

"Are you okay?" Boo asked with a frown.

"Be honest, how well did you beat that bitch Anais?" Mel snorted. The entire group paused to look at her and the brunette shrunk back. "... Legit question..." She muttered as the three other girls turned back to the other questions.

"It's weird, she just made me dance." The girls gaped. "But it was for three hours. Anyone wanna carry me?" Sasha joked. Boo held her arms out as if to offer her services, but soon realized the girl had been kidding and dropped her arms. Mel and Ginny continued walking, chattering too excitedly to notice Sasha and Boo hang back. "Hey." Sasha said softly.

Boo glanced up and let a smile show through her worried expression. "Hey."

"I'm fine." Sasha assured her best friend as she slung an arm around her. "You're my new roommate." She grinned.

Boo blinked, dazed for a moment. "But... wait, does Madame Fanny know about that?"

"Oh, please, Boo. She'll never know." Sasha scoffed and pulled the blond along at a leisurely pace.

"Yes. She will, Sasha." Boo snapped, making Sasha draw her arm back and blink in surprise.

Boo never lost her temper. Never.

"Alright, fine. I'll just kill Anais tonight then." Sasha shrugged and glanced at her gullible best friend. Boo was staring at her with an annoyed expression and Sasha chuckled. "Alright, no harm will come to the tiny bitcher."

Boo rolled her eyes and pulled her best friend down the hall towards where Mel and Ginny had stopped; apparently only having just realized that their friends had hung far back.
