Chpt 25: Virgin Territory (Pov Taylor)

I walk and get into my car and i got a Text from Shawn "Come here. It's important. Nate fucked shit up again." I didn't reply back , i drove to Cams house as fast as i could I knew what he was on about. I arrive at cams house, i see Shawn waiting at the door so i hurry up and run up to him "what happened !" I ask knowing perfectly what just happened. Shawn takes me inside and i see Cam sobbing on the sofa. I walk up to him "I WILL KILL HIM! I WILL KILL BOTH OF THEM" he sobbed He was drinking again He was holding a bottle of scotch in his hand It was half empty. i turn my face and look at Shawn "Shawn did you let him drink" he shrugs "He needed it." "Shawn ! uhg we'll talk about that later" how could Shawn let Cam drink ! he knows how he is when it comes to alcohol. Last night was about Cam being too drunk. "hey cam" I said walking up to Cam He started to stumble up "I WILL KILL THAT BASTARD!" "Cam look at me" i tried to hold him still "Your friend. Slept with him"

He slurred. I knew she didn't sleep with him but how would i tell him, Would I tell him that I saw her I couldn't. "Sluut". he said slurred as he started to tear up. I know how bad Cam feels but it gives him no right to call Ana a slut, yes she did kiss him but she didn't sleep with him and i knew that "CAM!" i yelled to him as he walked around the living room "I'm in love with a slut." the word slut just made me mad. it was a horrible term to use for Ana "She's many things , beautiful, smart , a cookie" i walked up to him and grabbed him "But .She is not. A slut." I turned him around and looked him in his eyes with anger "Man calm down, you don't even know if she did" Shawn walked up to me and Cam "He's just angry" he said pulling me away. He pointed to a box on the counter It was blue with a white ribbon, I walked up to it "what is it ?" I asked as i picked up the box to have a look at it "That's why he's so angry." Shawn explained, It didn't look familiar. to me it just looked like a small box, I opened it and I saw a small ring inside, it had one big blue Sapphire in the middle and Diamonds on the sides. I took it into my hands and on the inside of the ring in cursive it said "Promise me you will always be mine" It was a gift for her sort of like a promise ring. i just stared at it. my heart sunk and i could feel the sadness of Cams heart linger in the room. He wanted to marry her but he wanted to get rid of his problems first. I looked at Cam and frowned "Oh Cameron" I put the box down And run to hug him

Cam began to laugh, I looked up at him very confused "She's the love of my life But I drove her away into the arms of that sneaky little bastard" "Well i can agree on that. Nate Is a basterd.... he's fucked everyone up" I laughed and let go of him. he picked up the bottle of whiskey and took a big swing of it. I looked at him in disappointment "But this needs to stop" he laughed and took another sip "You can't always drink your problems away cam there's a point where it's nice but sometimes there's a limit" i say taking one of the bottles on the table "Mmm but it sure dose help" he laughs and grabs a bottle of rum from the liquor cabinet. with the bottles in my hand i quickly stood in front of the cabinet "No ,Shawn don't encourage him He's your best friend" "Let him be Taylor" he handed Cam another glass I look at him dead in the eyes . I walk to cam and take away the drinks "Ana never did this So I'm doing it now" Cam did have a drinking problem but everyone just went with it and it's about time someone stopped him from drinking his troubles away, I grabbed the drinks and poured it into the sink "TAYLOR!" Shawn yelled but I ignored him .I threw the empty bottles away and went to the cabinet "Those are 500$ each! You just poured 10,000$ worth of liquor down the drain!" he yells again , I got all the drinks i could carry and poured them down the train "I'll get him some more another day" I say opening the bottles "TAYLOR ARE YOU INSANE! STOP THAT" He takes the rest from my hands and tries to put them back "Can't you see what this is doing ,He needs a clear head for this" i look at Shawn "YOU THREW AWAY HALF A MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF DRINKS DOWN THE DRAIN" "Great now i can buy him something else worth that amount !" I yell back "What are we doing, Are we really fighting over this" i put the empty bottles on the table and look at Shawn , he just stood there shocked "I'm sorry cam but that alcohol has to go for now" "Jesus Taylor . We have a wedding to plan we can't throw money away right now" Shawn placed the full bottles back in the cabinet "Just get him sobered up We don't need to argue about this" Cameron laughed "don't sweat it I have more Ana's done that before My good stuff is hidden Shhhhh " He laughs as he lays on the sofa. I handed a bottle of water to cam "Here just drink this for now" he takes the bottle of water and starts to drink. i walk up to Shawn and take his hand "We need to talk" I walk to the spare bedroom and Shawn follows "Shawn..I um I talked to Ana , she told me everything, and she told me what we can do to keep Nathan away" I told him everything Ana had told me earlier and explained the idea she had.
