My absolute favorite quote of all time. It inspires me every day. Every time I ever think something is just too compicated, I remember that quote and bring a little imagination in to inspire me.

Time to introduce myself. My name is Scarlet Waters, and the only way to describe myself in a way for everyone to comprehend is, I'm a geek. A nerd. A bookworm. That one person who has her hand perminently glued to the air in the front of the class to answer every question.

Before you say anything, I'm not socially impared. I have friends, they just come and go. They never seem to stick by me. Why would they? I'm the boring geek. The nerd. But there is one friend that has stuck by me my entire life. My best friend, Adrian Marra.

She's been my friend since we were 5, when she hit a guy who ripped up my book. She is a great friend, despite how different we are. She has blond hair, I have chocolate brown. She has blue eyes, I have dark brown. She hates school, I, being the nerd, love it. She is tall and pretty. And me, well, I'm short and average. But don't get me wrong, we may be different but she has stuck by me as long as I can remeber. She's the best friend anyone can have.

I think that's a long enough introduction, we should get on to the more exciting part of the story, including a handsome rewrite named Nick Lance.
