Sam's POV

'hello?.. Who is it ? Zayn ?... yes yes I remember you duh..miss you man!..

You here ?...Today ? okay .. hmmm at 7? fine , see you then! Bye!'

Zayn just called me ! this is weird why would he ?! plus he is in town now? darn it, i must keep Chanel away from seeing him!

This is not good! I knew this day will come but not this fast!

So i am supposed to meet him in this place ... Should I tell him that Chanel is awake now? No.. I can't.

So if he asks me about her

(he will for sure ) I'll lie ! but what if he finds out by himself ..

Oh God this is very tough , have no idea what I am going to say.

My phone started ringing , I already knew who it was

'Chaneeeeeell! Heyy babes! .. doing nothing bored! You?...

Uhhh I can't today! Well my cousin is coming over ..yes Allison ..

Okay then talk to you later!.. bubye'

She asked me if we can hang out together, but I had to lie to her cause I was going to meet Zayn today , it's my second lie and I am hating this!

*Few hours later*

i got to the place Zayn told me about , it was a small café next to the park.

i looked around and saw Zayn smiling and waving at me , he was also my friend we were close but not as close as he was with Chanel.

Apparently He has a company, oh yes this is his friend, another member of the band .. hmm Harry? Forgot his name!

Anyway as I went closer he came and hugged me very tight , he told me he misses me and I replied the same , he then introduced me to his friend. Turns out this is Louis, he is very charming and kind.

I ordered a cup of coffee , Zayn did the same , but Louis ordered a cup of Yorkshire tea .

We talked about life and everything then zayn told me

'Sam , I saw Chanel today she bumped into me and didn't recognize who i was.it really really surprised me !

Why didn't you tell me about this ?i thought we were good friends!'

'Uhh.. I really wanted to call you but the thing is 'I paused a little then continued

' you never showed up lately and she doesn't remember you, So it was the best for both of you to never meet again '

you could've told me at least! When did she wake up?'

'hmm I guess month ago..'

'unbelievable ! and you didn't call!'

'to be honest Zayn, the only person to blame here is you! You gave up the first three months and moved to London without asking anything about her!you left her here hanging, fighting for her life Plus you have a girlfriend?! What the hell! You should thank God she doesn't remember you!'

I hold myself Back together then ended up saying

'that's why I was trying to hide everything that has to do with you from her and never mention you '

He looked at me not able to speak,clearly he didn't saw 'this explosion' coming from me

'you are right, I am sorry ' he said then left the café leaving me with Louis.

Minutes later

'Sooo... tell me about you Mademoiselle!'

Louis popped out with a french accent which made me laugh

He then told me

' you know he is really upset, he was always thinking about her ,he had a picture of them both that he carried all the time during our tour. trust me he never forgot

her.'

'what about this new girlfriend Louis '

'yeahh Emily .. you know she is nice..she gets Zayn very well, and really loves him , but trust me ,he never loved her back , he didn't reveal this to me yet but I know Zayn .'

I pulled a half smile on my face then took a sip of my coffee before it gets cold .

we talked a little he was so funny he changed my mood very fast.

then he took my phone number and told me he'll call me soon to hang out sometimes .

i smiled then got up saying good bye and went back at home.

Zayn'POV

She was right I feel terrible,why did I even argue with her? I am such a coward! I should've called and asked at least, I kept the pain and never revealed my feelings to anyone.

Thought that Em would help me to forget about Chanel , but she didn't .

Speaking of , I have to call Emily! How did I forget?! damn

Hope she is not upset!

I was busy thinking about Chanel! ..what a good boyfriend !

'Hello.. I know I am sorry.. miss you too..'
