Ch.9 swimming with the perfect lover

Tony's POV
I looked up at the ceiling. "AgHhHHghhhH." I screamed. Stephen turned towards me. "Shit, did you sniff cat nip?" He said. I laughed. "No, it's just that I'm bored as hell." I replied tiredly. Stephen nodded. "I don't want to go to school....." Stephen whined. "I don't want to live anymore." I said putting my mouth in a straight line. "That was deep." Stephen said walking towards me. A blush crept up to my face and I turned around. Stephen flopped on the bed next to me. "I wanna do something." Stephen said moving around. "Go do that something then." I said. Little did he know I wanted him to do me. "But I don't know what that something is." Stephen said turning his gaze on me. I looked back at him and smiled. "Maybe we should just lay down and talk about how our mental health is screwed up." I said jokingly. "You're right.." Stephen said smiling. "I haven't slept in 2 months when I was 11." I said. "Big oof, You must've been exhausted!" Stephen told me worriedly. "I was fine, just had very, very dark eye bags." I said while my gaze was fixed on his beautiful features. "I accidentally cut myself with a very rusty, germ filled, knife. I got severe infection that day." Stephen said laughing. "That's even worse!" I said laughing along with him. "Maybe, but hey it happens once in awhile." Stephen said. "True." I agreed. "You know, sometimes I wonder when I'll finally meet the perfect one." I said looking at the ceiling. "What do you mean the 'perfect one'?" Stephen said turning his head around curiously. "You know...like the perfect lover. That'll notice me someday." I replied. "Oh." Stephen said turning his head back. "I always wonder that too." Stephen said with a now sad expression on his face. "You have all the ladies at school..isn't that amazing? At least you know someone, or people, love you. I'm basically just the awkward outcast." I said. "You aren't a total outcast to me..you're like a friend..a friend that'll always be there for me." Stephen said blushing. I blushed too. "Not until I die, no." I said hopelessly. "Don't say that." Stephen said. "I mean it's true and all, nobody really wanted me..I mean look at me I look like a hopeless man in need for some affection-" Stephen cut me off by putting his hand over my mouth. "I'll give you the affection you need." Stephen said now looking at me and smiling. He removed his hand from my mouth and i smiled back. "Thanks Stephen." I said. "No problem stark." Stephen said.

Narrators POV
Stephen sat down with girls surrounding him at the lunch table. "Hey steph..it's been awhile since you've talked to me." A random girl said twirling her blonde hair around her finger. "Sorry.." Stephen muttered back. "You look cute." Another girl said bluntly. "Thanks?" Stephen whispered. Stephen was extremely confused as to why girls even wanted to hang out with him if he kept on ignoring the women by talking to tony. Tony looked at Stephen from the other side of the cafeteria sadly. He rested his head on his own hand. Stephen caught him staring and smiled. Tony smiled back. Stephen made a sign to get out of the cafeteria. Tony nodded and stood up now headed to the exit. "Sorry ladies but I have to go." Stephen said standing up. Every girl sighed sadly and said goodbye. Stephen headed to the exit too. "Hey stark." Stephen said leaning on a wall. "I told you, you had all the ladies." Tony said lightly laughing. "Maybe, but I don't seem really interested now do I?" Stephen sighed. "No, not really.." Tony said now looking at him. "I remember the first time we met." Stephen said smiling at tony. "You saved me from that asshole Steve." Tony said. "Yeah." Stephen said. "Anyways, why did you want me out here?" Tony asked curiously. "I don't know, maybe just because I wanted to get away from the women." Stephen said sighing. "That's weird..stephie always loved it when girls looked at him lovestruck." Tony said batting his eyelashes with a girly tone. "Oh shush." Stephen said laughing. Tony laughed along with him. They both continuously laughed until tony spoke up. "Hey why don't we get out of here?" He suggested. Stephen looked at him in disbelief. "Wait are you serious?" Stephen said. "Yes!" Tony exclaimed. Tony took Stephen's hand without hesitation and ran to the final exiting door. They both smiled as they were running to Tony's car. Tony got in and so did Stephen. "Let's do this baby." Tony said with a half serious half goofy look. "Oh?-" Stephen was cut off. "That baby part meant nothing." Tony said quickly. "Ok..." Stephen said and then smiled. Tony started the engine and drove all the way to a park. As tony and Stephen were running tony stopped. "Let's jump in." Tony said panting from all the running. "What?" Stephen said and realized there was a lake nearby. "Jump!" Tony said and pushed Stephen in the water before he jumped in himself. The two floated back up gasping. Stephen laughed then tony laughed. "Im all wet!" Stephen said laughing. "You don't say?" Tony said smirking. "Oh shut up!" Stephen said then pushed tony back down in the water with him. Both of the men interlocked eyes under the almost clear water. They stayed like that for some seconds before both of them smiled at each other. Tony stuck his head out of the water taking a deep breath and removing the wet hair from his face. "Tony you bastard." Stephen said laughing. "Sorry it had to be done!" Tony said excitedly. Both of the men got out of the water when the day was starting to get darker. After a few hours their hair was damp but their clothes were almost fully dry. "I hope the teachers wont be mad at us." Tony said worriedly. "I'm probably sure they didn't even notice we were gone." Stephen said looking at tony. "Maybe." Tony said. They both walked down to the exit of the park now entering the parking lot. They both got in the car and drove to Stephen's home. When both of them were in Stephen's bedroom they flopped down on the bed. Tony sighed. "Let's stay here, until tomorrow." Stephen suggested. "Are you sure?" Tony said. "Sure why not?" Stephen said back and shrugged. "Alright then.." Tony said now getting into the covers. Shortly after Stephen got into the covers too. Both of the men were not very aware what was happening because of all the lake water that entered their heads. Stephen plainly wrapped an arm around the smaller brunette and got closer. Tony snuggled his head onto the side of Stephen's chest like a bear in its cove. The two males lay there breathing lightly in each others neck only receiving the warmth from the other. Soon after they fell sound asleep.
