Okay, not entirely sure who is going to play the main female lead yet, but when I do, regardless of where they are really from they are going to be British with a British accent and the typical things like tea :p

"Is it even worth trying?" My mum said carefully as she wiped down the kitchen counters with a clean cloth.

"Yes! It is worth trying Mum, I have worked so hard for this and I am good at what I do. This is a dream for me, I'm going and you can't stop me."

"You're right...I can't stop you. But don't think for one second that I'm okay with this, I don't want you to go and neither does your dad. You are clever, you could get a real job, here in England. Forget the acting, stay here with me and dad. "

"Mum..." I said more gently, noticing that she just didn't want to let her little girl go.

"I'm going." Then I turned on my heel and headed up the stairs to my bedroom door. In the corner of the frame I had scratched a tiny devils trap with a maths compass years ago but I pushed through, barely noticing it and falling back on my deep blue bedsheets, holding my hands up to my eyes and letting out a long, low sigh.
