Homeless

You take shelter in a public park bathroom as the rain pours down. It doesn't normally rain in LA but today seems to be abnormally stormy. A tear streams down your face. You are so tired of being homeless. Suddenly a female park worker walks in and tells you that the park is closing and you need to leave. You walk out instantly getting more and more soaked from the rain. You watch your feet as you walk and accidently bump into someone.

"Oh I'm sorry" you begin to keep walking as most people around LA hate the sight of someone that is homeless. The person grabs your wrist and turns you to face them.

"Hey are you okay? Its freezing out here. Don't you have a coat or need a ride home?" the tall man with glasses asks you.

"I'm alright. I don't really have a home to go to anyway. Sorry for bumping into you" you start to walk off again and once again he stops you.

"Woah there you said you don't have a home? Its freezing and you don't have somewhere to go? Well now you do. I'm Garrett and you're going to stay the night at my place." He starts walking away dragging you along with him to his car.

"Uh.. Okay.." You don't know how to respond so you follow him. "My name is Y/N"

He gets to a car and unlocks the passenger side door and holds it open for you.

"I hope you don't mind I am supposed to meet my friends for dinner at Cheese Cake Factory. You want to join?" He asks smiling at you. "I can always cancel".

"I'd love to but I really can't afford a dinner from somewhere so nice" you say looking down at your hands.

"I would not have invited you to dinner if I wasn't prepared to pay for you. If my friend Shane doesn't, anyway" he laughed.

You two drive to the restaurant and he leads you to a group of four people. He introduces you to each of the people. A tall red headed man named Andrew, a blonde woman named Morgan, a thin shorter man named Ryland, and another tall brown hair with red tinge man named Shane. They all greeted you very kindly and shook your hand.

"Y/N" you say to each person in the group.

"Well lets go eat" Garrett and Shane say in unison as everyone starts walking to the restaurant.

A/N There will be a part 2 and maybe 3 to this imagine I'm just to uninspired to finish this story out right now. I just knew I had to get something out there tonight.
