Another unfazed day at work, Kiki finally got to her apartment. "If I was blessed enough, I would walk out of that convenience store," she threw her hands in the air. She decided to use the stairs instead of the elevator because she wanted to feel more productive.
Just when Kiki was walking along the corridor, she saw an unfamiliar box right in front of her door. "I don't remember ordering anything," Kiki thought aloud and scrunched her eyebrows.
She walked up to the box and saw a note stuck to it. Kiki read the note out loud, "if you have received this box, consider yourself lucky. Take care of it and also feed it. Note that one of them only takes in bread. Get clothes and mini furniture for them because they will surely appreciate it. Good luck and have fun taking care of them".
"What," Kiki said bluntly. The note clearly didn't make sense and she paused for a millisecond before crying, "why do I have to get clothes and mini furniture for the thing inside? Let alone feed it!"
Kiki didn't know if she should bring the box in. She didn't want to but something inside of her told her to bring it in. She mentally slapped herself and sighed.
She unlocked her door, open it and picked the box up. By using her back to push the door open, she placed the box in the living room.
"Should it open it?" Kiki bit her lips.
"I'll just open it," Kiki shrugged.
Slowly and carefully, Kiki opened the lid.
Then she saw twenty-one tiny boys in the box. Tiny as in really tiny. "Oh, finally the light!" one said and stretched his arms. Kiki was about to scream but decided to keep herself together. "W-what are y-you?" Kiki pointed and squished one of their tummies. "Bonjour," one holding a baguette waved and soon followed by another twenty pairs of hands.
"Hello, I am Taeyong and these are my friends! We don't really know how we got here but our store manager doesn't like us so he put us in a box and sent us away," Taeyong frowned at the last sentence.
"All of you came from a store?" Kiki asked. "Yes! It's a pocket people store where you can buy tiny people like us and make us into your companion," Taeyong smiled.
"Ah, that makes sense now," Kiki rubbed her chin and went deep in her thoughts. She thought it might be nice to have tiny companions around so that she won't get bored and her life could get more interesting. "Do you all want to get out of the box and introduce yourselves?" Kiki looked at them softly.
One by one came out, introducing themselves in a very unique way. "So, there's twenty-one of you and all of your names are Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Kun, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, Winwin, Jungwoo, Lucas, Mark, Xiaojun, Hendery, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Yangyang, Chenle, and Jisung," Kiki pointed at each one of them according to their names.
All of them smiled at Kiki in assurance. "Now it's your turn to introduce yourself!" Jaehyun, who was dragging his bread, came to Kiki. "My name is Kiki and I hate my job," she gave them a 'pain-behind-my-smile' smile.
They giggled between themselves and one hugging his blanket named Jisung broke the lines of giggles with his question, "Kiki, will you adopt us?".
"Hm, why shouldn't I?" and all the tiny boys jumped in joy.
"This is going to be a long ride," Kiki said under her breath.

Nihaos once again! I am here to present a new nct fanfiction titled 'tiny weeny'. I decided to make this story because I really like pocket people au so why not do it ehEk. Please do note that this story won't have a certain storyline (if you know what I mean) because I feel like sticking to one storyline for this story will be really boring(take a shot for every time I say story). So don't be confused if one chapter is about Lucas turning into a sushi roll and the next one is about Haechan fighting his members with his baguette. Anyways, let's enjoy this story and embrace ourselves! *cues cardi b*
