What's yet to come

Abigail

Once upon a time, there was a girl named Abigail who was 14 years old. She lived in Kingston village with her siblings and both parents. In the village, there are lots of things to do. It's a happy place and it's full of wonderful things. She and her family loved that village and everything in it. But the sun isn't always shinning.

One night, on her birth day, she awoke in another place. He parents nor siblings were there. She got scared and began to call for help, but no one answered. Abigail was at a deserted place and didn't knew what to do. There was nobody; only but the ecko of her voice. Abigail walked and cried for hours and hours, till there were no more tears to spill.

She then found a shelter where she rested. Then, in the middle of the night, she heard a sound. Abigail got scared, when she took a closer look, she realised it was just a harmless little baby cat. She stayed with it, cared for it and continued her quest.

She found lots of villages, but non of then were her home. Abigail and the kitten made lots of friends. After searching for days, Abigail gave up. She was sad that her family wasn't there with her; but at least she has a little furry friend.

While Abigail was there, she had the pleasure of tasting many different foods and having many different drinks. She wore many outfits with different colors, shapes and sizes. Abigail also wore lots of hats and alot of ribbens. Everybody loved her, but she was still carying a big whole in her heart . Abigail, sadden by her dayli struggles, decided to stay there, for she knew that she wasn't going to find her family.

She then started to build her home with the help of her new friends. When it was over, she hosted a party for everyone that helped her. Once the party was over, they cleaned and organized the house. Abigail took a shower and went to bed. They slept through the night. Abigail, looking at the ceiling, smiled and looked at her surroundings; she then realised, that even thou her family wasn't there, she made a good life. She had lots of friends, a new home, a little pet and had many adventures to tell.

Abigail then, fell asleep, happy with the progress she had made.

But the unexpected happened...

She woke up, but not in her new home, instead, she woke up at the hospital. Not understanding what was going on, she freaked out. Her parents were there and were as joyfull as possible. Abigail saw that she had a tube down her throat.

After a few hours, Abigail asked her mother what had happened? Her mother told her that she was at a state of coma for days, for three weeks actually, unresponsive to anything.

Abigail, happy to see her family, sadden, for she knew that she wasn't going be able to see her new friends ever again.

A few months later, Abigail was walking to a nearby book store. Across the street was a coffee place. She then took a closer look at the people sitting there, and she saw her friends from the camp of her "dream". Abigail saw her little cat as well. They looked at each other, made eye to eye contact and smilled.

Abigail then, continued her path, knowing that maybe one day, she'll see them again...
