"Too Fast?"(Volt x Nova)

Volt and Nova were out doing a capture mission.

"This time let me go after the target" Nova said about annoyed.

"Why? I'm faster" Volt pointed out confused.

"Because I want to do it myself, unless you care to stop me?" Nova asked trying to keep a serious attitude.

"Wouldn't dream of it, what're you gonna do, slow him down?" Volt asked.

"Exactly!" Nova yelled startling the nearby Grineer target.

"Tenno Skom!" The Grineer target yelled as it began to run.

Nova ran after the target as Volt followed. The target thought he lost them, Nova took this chance to cast her fourth ability. Suddenly the target ran off at high speeds.

"You have speed on don't you?" Volt asked.

"Y-yeah" Nova said with a nervous laugh.

Volt placed his hand on her shoulder "it's fine, you can still catch him" he told her.

Nova blushed "h-how?" She asked.

"Like this" Volt ran off and knocked down the target as he dragged it back to Nova. "Capture him!" Volt yelled.

"You didn't have to..." Nova was interrupted.

"Hurry before he gets up!" Volt shouted keeping his Amprex aimed at the Grineer's head.

Nova captured the target as she looked down before looking at Volt. "You didn't have to let me capture him" she pointed out.

"I wanted to, I knew it make you happy" Volt pointed out.

"Let me get this straight, you sped off after a speeding target across half the Grineer base, downed him, and dragged him back here to make me happy? Why?" Nova asked.

"Because I like to make you happy" Volt admitted with a smile.

Nova smiled and hugged Volt, as Volt hugged back. Both blushing.

"Thank you" she said.

"Operator, extraction is..." Ordis tries to inform Volt before going silent as to not ruin the moment.
