You lived there for about 9 years when you moved to the US.
Your mom didn't come with you, neither did your little sister, nobody had told you why.
You had asked your older brother, Theo a few times, but he wouldn't tell you either.
(Theo is 2 years older than you).
You met Skyler when you moved to California, she's been your friend ever since. You had always been shy and never really trusted people except for Theo and Skyler.
