It Works Really well if they have great agility And Speed which increases it's duration.
It Lasts About 3 minutes but depends on how much they weigh or How fast they are.
It's More Effective In Assassination Or Rescue Missions And It's Not So Strong Against Slow Enemies.
The Only Thing Is Their Voice Will Be Silenced Or Rather Muted Like When You Mute The TV.
The User Won't Hear Anything Either Since They'll Be Silenced.
Drawbacks: They Won't Be Able To Talk And Hear Anybody Since Their Vocal Cords Will Be Silenced And Their Hearing Will Be Silenced So It Will Hard To Communicate With Her Allie's.
Special Attack \ Move: Silenced Speed. The User Can Move faster Then A Normal Human Being But it's not faster than all mights speed but half of that and the user will be completely Silent And Can Hit The Target With Fast Like Punches.
The Drawbacks Is That They Will Be Completely Tired Afterwards.
