Stein went to the other entrance on the other side but said to Kiyan before leaving I'll see you on the middle later.

Kiyan nodded Yes, Sir.

When Stein heard his nickname, he chuckled to himself 'Death Scythe' eh? That sure sounds cool.

He spun the wooden scythe around his hand for a moment before grabbing it firmly. He also sheathed two wooden daggers as his secondary weapon.

Kiyan is deeply breathing in and out I'm a bit nervous. He shook his head Just focus, my training with Sapphira will not go to waste.

Stein took a deep breath Now then, it's time. He walked outside and covered his eyes for a moment for the sunlight hit his eyes. Just then, the loud cheer of the crowd reached his ears.

He looked around in awe There's a lot of people!

Athena smiled He must be quite famous here, listen to the crowd cheer for him. Azalea added The nickname 'Death Scythe' somehow fits him. Scarlett said to them That Kiyan guy is out.

Kiyan wore his finglerless, black gloves then walked outside.

There cheering slowly subsided when he entered the arena. Dianne thought dryly What's with the silence? She said to the others, giving it a hint to sarcasm in order for the other people near them to hear it Let's cheer for Kiyan, girls, these people don't want to.

Before they could even shout, Janus voice suddenly erupted the silence Go Kiyan!! Go Sir Stein!! Show us a heated battle!!

The people looked at his direction, which he's standing near Athena.

Athena is startled by his sudden presence beside her which she didn't anticipate Hey, when did you get here?!

Janus replied simply Just now.

Scarlett asked Aren't you suppose to duel Kiyan? Janus scratched his head I'm sure Kiyan is not able to fight both of us at the same time so we're doing this one-on-one.

Dianne and the other shouted Go Kiyan! Wilhelmina shouted Better show us a battle beyond our expectations!
