Jacob's P.O.V
After I called Hailey, I immediately went to my parents and said,"They have gotten out of the hotel.They should be safe.For now."
My parents let out a sigh of relief and my mum said,"It's time,isn't it?" "Yeah,"I replied.
What my mum meant by 'it's time' is that she would sacrifice her blood to do something that hasn't been done for thousands of years.We have no gurantee that it may work.But she was willing to do it to protect Hailey.
My mum had to go to the werewolves and give them her blood to form a bond which will create a hybrid.That hybrid,according to legends,would protect pure vampires.They were strong,agile,fast and almost impossible to kill.
However,in order to create the hybrid,my mum needs to give all her blood which means she will die. The hybrids are usually made male(stereotypically,they are stronger) and they have a very strong charm. Which means if Alexander wants to keep Hailey by his side,he needs to be better than whatever he is now.
Well,that's not what I'm really worried about.I'm just scared my mum will die in vain if this doesn't work.
