Chapter 2

Tuesday- Jonas house
Clare's pov
I woke up in my bed at dad's house and remembered I came home with him last night. I rolled over and grabbed my phone from the charger and saw that it was eleven in the morning and even though I should have gotten up I spent twenty minutes scrolling through social media and then I finally decided to get up and Walked downstairs to see uncle joe and Kevin sitting on the couch with dad and Demi.

Clare: morning (walks over to them and hugs them and then sits in the middle of Demi and nick)
Nick: morning how did you sleep?
Clare: good
Demi: good are you hungry? We were thinking we could go out for breakfast
Clare: can we go to Ihop!
Joe: haha sure babe
Clare: yay!
Nick: alright just throw something on and we'll go
Clare: okay brb (gets off the couch and walks upstairs)
Clare's pov
Thankfully I have some clothes at my dad's house and since we are just going to IHOP I decided to put on some black leggings and a purple t-shirt with my converse, grabbed my purse and walked downstairs.

Kevin: ready?
Clare: yeah
Nick: alright let's go
(They leave the house and get in the car and Clare's phone vibrates)

Valerie: you missed a great party last night Clare!
Clare: damn i wish I could have gone but the award show wasn't too bad
Jackie: who did you meet!?
Clare: I met Shawn Mendes!
Chloe: shut up no you did not!
Clare: haha yeah and can I just say he's much cuter in person
Valerie: luckyyy
Mike: a group of us are going to go down to the lot today and then Ricky's having a party tonight are you down?
Clare: my dad's in town so I'll probably spend the day with them but tonight for sure
Jack: okay
Mike: alright I am going to start picking up everyone around nine
Leo: okay
Clare: great see you guys later!

Clare's pov
We got to ihop and once we got out of the car and walked into the restaurant fans started coming up to us which I am used to at this point.

?: hi my names Sammy and I was wondering if I could have a picture please!
Joe: yeah of course
(They take the picture)
Sammy: thank you so much
?: hi my name is Kat and I have been your biggest fan since I was ten and have always wanted to meet you can I please get a picture!
Kevin: aww thank you so much for your support and of course we'll take a picture
(They take another pic)
Host: alright your tables ready so you guys can just follow me
Clare: okay
(They walk over to the table)
Clare's pov
We had a few more people come up to us while we were eating until my dad politely told them to wait until we finished eating and then they will gladly take pictures with them so the fans walked away but they just kept watching us and I needed to go to the bathroom and take a second because you would think I would be used to this by now but it really just annoys me still.

Clare: I'll be right back
Demi: you okay?
Clare: yeah just going to the restroom really quick
Demi: okay be careful
Clare: yeah
(Walks to the bathroom and walks inside when a couple girls follow her)
Clare: can I help you?
?: yeah can you do us a favor and go away? Your the reason they aren't paying attention to us
Clare: I am sorry but before you start to insult me can you tell me your names
?: I am Jennifer, this is Kelsey and Janet
Clare: okay well maybe instead of insulting me next time introduce yourselves
Kelsey: whatever, has anyone ever told you that your gaining a little weight
Janet: yeah maybe you shouldn't be eating Ihop if your going to be the daughter of legends you should at least be pretty
Clare: okay well I am done here because I am not going to stand here and listen to you guys and if your smart you won't follow me to the table (walks out of the restroom)
Clare's pov
After that i just wanted to leave because I was so over the fans staring at us like we were some artifact in a museum and Kelsey and her friends just kept glaring at me and I didn't even want to finish eating if they were still watching.

Kevin: everything okay Clare?
Clare: yeah just lost in a train of thought
Joe: what were you thinking about?
Clare: nothing important (takes a bite) I am full are you guys ready to go?
Nick: are you sure? You only ate half
Clare: yeah but I had three mozzarella sticks and my stomach isn't that big
Demi: alright if your ready we can go
Nick: do you mind taking the pictures though since we promised the fans?
Clare: yeah that's fine
Nick: okay
(The waitress comes back with a check)
Clare's pov
We walked back over to the fans and told them we would take pictures with them outside of the restaurant and as we were taking pictures more people started coming up to us so we started to sign some things and we finally left after an hour and got in the car and I almost forgot what it was like going out with them and yeah I go out with Justin and my mom and it's the same thing but that's on the weekends since during the week I am at school and when I am by myself or with my friends people don't really pay attention to me. Sure I have a few paparazzi and fans here and there but this is just annoying and I thought about what Jennifer and her crew said and I tried not to let it affect me so I pushed those those thoughts aside and listened to the music that was playing on the radio.

Nick: do you want to stop at your mom's house to get anything for the week?
Clare: no I pretty much have everything at your house
Joe: okay do you want to do anything today?
Clare's pov
If we were a normal family I would have said something like walk around Beverly Hills or go to Venice beach with them but any where we go the fans are going to follow us and I just want to spend time with them so I said...

Clare: how about we just go home and have a chill day at the house
Nick: yeah we can hang out by the pool
Clare: awesome oh and my friend is having a party tonight is it okay if I can go?
Nick: have I met this friend?
Clare: yeah Jackie and Valerie but mike just got his license since he's a few months older then us so he said he would pick us up
Demi: what time?
Clare: nine
Nick: okay but I want you home by eleven and no drinking or drugs and be responsible okay?
Clare: okay thanks dad (gets on her phone)

Clare: my dad says I could go tonight
Mike: great so we'll be at your house around eight thirty
Clare: alright sounds good
Jackie: tonight's going to be so much fun!
Valerie: what are you going to wear?
Clare: well if I wear something to reveling my dad's not going to let me out of the house so can you bring some of your clothes?
Valerie: course chica
Clare: thanks val!

Clare's pov
We got to the house and I walked up to my room and grabbed my aquamarine Bikini and put it on and looked at myself in the mirror and I tried not to think what Jennifer said but I couldn't help notice that I am starting to have a little bit of a stomach... maybe I should lay off on the fast food. I shook those thoughts out of my head and walked downstairs and to the backyard and cannonballed into the pool and few seconds later dad, and uncle joe and Kevin jumped in to and I felt arms grab my waist.

Clare: uncle joe! Put me down!! (Squeals)
Joe: Kevin catch (throws Clare)
Clare: ahhh!!! (Kevin catches her) uncle Kevin put me down!
Kevin: (smirks) nick catch! (Throws Clare in the air)
Clare: ahhh!!!
(Nick catches her)
Clare: hi daddy (smiles)
Nick: hey princess
Clare: can you put me down now
Nick: nah this is to much fun, ready joe?
Joe: ready (with his arms out)
(Nick throws Clare in the air and she screams again until joe catches her again)
Clare: okay that's enough put me down
Joe: one more time, ready kev
Clare: no! Demi help!
Demi: guys stop torturing the poor girl put her down
Joe: fineee (stands her in the pool)
Clare: thank you but I want my revenge (starts splashing water at them and then they start a splash war)
A few hours later
Clare's pov
It was around six when we decided to get out of the pool and dad started making burgers while I went up to my room to shower when my phone started ringing and I answered.

Selena: hey sweetie how are you?
Clare: I am good
Selena: yeah are you having a good time with your dad?
Clare: yeah we went out for breakfast and then just spent the day in the pool and tonight I am hanging out with the crew
Selena: oh okay what are you guys going to do?
Clare: Ricky's having a party so we are going to go over there
Selena: alright just be careful
Clare: I will
Selena: good well Justin and I are heading out for a date night so I'll call you tomorrow
Clare: okay love you
Selena: love you too
Clare: bye

Clare's pov
I put my phone to charge and jumped in the shower and decided to just put on jeans and a crop top until I am with Valerie and I can change. Once I was done I walked downstairs and saw uncle Keven FaceTiming with aunt Danielle and the girls by the way Alena is sixteen and Valentina is fourteen now I am close with both of them but since Alena's older she's like my big sister.

Clare: hi aunt Danielle!
Danielle: hey sweetie how are you?
Clare: I am good, I wish you guys were here!
Danielle: I know next time we'll go but you have to come down here we want to see you!
Alena: yeah and you can stay with us for a bit!
Clare: I really want too maybe sometime this summer
Danielle: yeah let's plan it
Clare: okay
Kevin: alright girls I'll let you go since you have plans but I'll call you later tonight
Valentina: alright love you dad!

Clare's pov
It was already eight thirty and mike called saying he was outside so I said bye to them and promised that I would be back by Eleven which is totally not true but I'll deal with the consequences later. I left the house and got in the car and sat between Valerie, jackie and Chloe. Let me explain what my friends look like so Valerie has black hair with red streaks in a pixie cut, her personality is edgy and she loves the color black she's the badass of the group, Jackie is the artist of the group she's constantly dying her hair crazy colors and her style matches her personality, Chloe is the known as the innocent but not so innocent child, when you first meet her you would think she's the quiet conservative girl but at night she turns into her alter ego which is the complete opposite. I am Hollywood's sweetheart on the outside but I am a complete rebel on the inside and I show a way different side when I am with my friends I love to drink, I have gotten high a couple times and I am my authentic self when I am with my friends. Mike, Jake, Leo and Hayden are all the typical jocks and play on the high school basketballs team but they are also rebels we are literally the rebels of the school except only the students know that because the staff is to stupid to figure out who graffitied the school gym aka us. Anyways now that you know a little bit of our group and just in time too because we just got to Ricky's house.

Clare: oh Valerie do you have the clothes?
Valerie: yeah follow me girl, Chloe want to come to the bathroom with us?
Chloe: sure
Leo: we'll catch up with you girls later then
Them: okay
(They walk into the bathroom and Valerie hands Clare a purple layered ruffle skirt that only covered what it needed too with a black spaghetti strap bandeau crop top that showed off my stomach with some heels that weren't too high but still looked good and I could dance in them. Then she did my make up which was very light with red lipstick and we decided to just leave my hair down. I looked at myself in the mirror and I knew I looked hot.

Chloe: Ricky's going to die when he sees you
Clare: I hope so! Thank you so much Clare you did it again
Valerie: your welcome now let's party!
Clare: yeah but first let's take a pic
Clare's pov
We took a couple pictures and then walked downstairs where everyone was dancing and drinking and I decided the first thing I wanted to do was take a shot so we walked over to the bar and took a shot and then we walked to the dance floor when I felt arms wrap around my waist.

Clare: hey Ricky (smiles) you like the outfit?
Ricky: love it
Clare: you don't look to bad yourself
Ricky: well thank you, want to dance?
Clare: sure
(They start grinding on each other for a few songs)
Ricky: hey I want you to meet some of my friends they are playing truth or dare want to go play?
Clare: sure
(They walk over to the couch and Clare sits on Ricky's lap)
Ricky: this is Aaron, Jason, Ethan, Carly, Sarah and Katie
Clare: hey guys
Carly: found a new toy already Ricky?
Ricky: hey settle down let's all play nice
Aaron: you guys in?
Clare: yeah
Jason: alright Hollywood but this isn't just truth or dare this is a strip addition
Clare: I don't care let's play
Ricky: you heard her
Ethan: alright let's start with Clare then truth or dare
Clare: easy dare
Ethan: I dare you to take a shot
Clare: easy (grabs the glass and takes a shot)
Clare's pov
Truth or dare was stupid but I got to sit on Ricky's Lap so I was happy I also took a few more drinks so I might be a little drunk right now now but oh well. Ricky grabbed my hand and whispered in my ear.

Ricky: want to go up to my room?
Clare: (smiles) okay
Scene change (jonas house)
Nick: it's Almost one in the morning where is she??
Joe: relax nick she's a teenager she probably lost track of time and is on her way
Kevin: she was supposed to be home two hours
Demi: have you tried calling her?
Nick: yeah she's not answering
Demi: does she have the locations on her phone? Maybe you guys should go pick her up
Nick: Great idea let's go
Demi: I am going to head to bed but you guys go
Nick: alright love you (kisses her and the boys leave the house)
Clare's pov
We were going to go up to Ricky's room but then Promiscuous came on and since it was my favorite song I pulled him to the dance floor and we started dancing and then a few other good songs came on and then he wrapped his arms on my wait and leaned in to kiss me and the next thing I know we are both in a heavy make out session until the music gets cut off so we looked over and I saw my dad two very pissed off uncles.

Nick: alright party's over! Everyone out
Ricky: dude you can't just come into my house and shut down my party just because your famous
Nick: would you rather I call your parents and shut this party down and get your hands off my daughter!
Joe: come on Clare we are going home now!
Clare: noooo I was having fun (pouting)
Kevin: well fun is over and your grounded (walks over and grabs her arm) have you been drinking Clare Jonas!
Clare: noooo why?
Kevin: I can smell the alcohol all over you, come on let's go
Clare: this isn't fair I was having fun!!
Nick: quiet and let's go
Clare's pov
I started stumbling to the car so uncle Kevin picked me up and put me in the car while I was pouting the whole way home because I was having fun with Ricky and I didn't want to leave... I sat in the back with uncle joe and put my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes.
