Patient 1a appears to suffer from an intense series of recurring nightmares ranging in frequency from once a week to multiple times a night. The patient also reportedly sees numerous shadows where ordinary people ought to be. More investigation is required.

Patient 2a is showing similar symptoms as patient 1a. Same security measures cleared. Guards #56a and #32b assigned.

Patient 1a and 2a have begun slamming their heads onto the walls in unison despite being on opposing sides of the facility. Investigation required. Patient transfer probable.

Nurses #7c and #5c have begun having the nightmares. Immediate administration as patients 3a and 4a respectively required. Threat levels raised to red. Absolutely no direct contact is authorized.

Patients 3a and 4a have been observed screaming in a call and response manner. It is possibly an attempt to communicate. Investigation required.
