Daddy's Little Girl

Play date

I kept bouncing in bed to wake daddy up so that I could play with Alicia. I've been waiting since Wednesday to go to the park with her and now I just gotta be good so daddy doesn't change his mind. I groaned and started pouting since daddy wasn't waking up.

"Daaaaaaddddyy!"

I heard him mumble into his pillow then he turned over and pulled me on top of him. I squealed and giggled nuzzling my face against his chest but my hair got caught in his necklace.  He chuckled and deranged my hair then kissed my forehead.

"Someone is all bouncy and hyper this morning."

"Cause today you said can play with Alicia."

He title his head and gave me a blank stare looking confused.

"Kitten what are you talking about?"

My jaw dropped and I felt tears come to my eyes. How could he forget I was so excited to have play date with her. I started whimpering and sniffling at daddy whose face drastically changed once he saw how upset I was.

"Noooo baby I was only kidding I texted Liam last night asking him if it was still gonna happen ok?"

"You are so mean!!"

I went to get up out of bed but daddy just pulled me back in with him and kisses all over my face making me laugh.

"Daddy's sorry princess forgive meeeee."

He was making puppy dog eyes and he knows I couldn't resist his cute face like that. He brushed my hair behind my ear and smiled big.

"Fine I forgive you daddy."

He kissed all over my face and picked me up and carried me to the kitchen to make breakfast. I kept bouncing on the counter and was kicking my feet and kept kicking daddy's butt.

"Princess."

I giggled and kicked even more until daddy grabbed my feet and gave me a stern look. I could tell just by the look he was giving me a warning. I nodded my head and stopped kicking my feet. When we finished breakfast I got dressed and put coloring book and crayons in my backpack and grabbed my sippy cup bouncing in place.

"Okay princess are you ready to go?"

I nodded my head so fast felt like it was going to come flying off. I basically ran out the door and was knocking on Liam door nonstop until he answer with a sleepy Alicia hugging his waist. She had her paci in her mouth and rubbed her eyes.

"Hey guys come in she just needs to wake up."

I ran inside and sat on the couch watching tv while daddy went got a glass of water. Fifteen minutes later Alicia and Liam came out of his room and she ran up to me and squeezed me tight.

"Leeeeaaaahhh!!!"

"Aliiiiii"

We both squealed and bounced up and down while I heard daddy and Liam laugh at us. Daddy picked me up and put me on his back while Alicia held Liam's hand and we all walked to the park. Alicia ran to the swings and was giggling until a boy came up and started talking to her. I looked over at Liam who's jaw was clenched and he was about to get up but Alicia kicked the guy and ran toward him.

"Dada guy was bein weiird"

He smiled and kissed her forehead.

"Well stay together with Leah cupcake."

She nodded and walked to the sandbox I was in. We built castles and climbed the monkey bars. couple hours and daddy picked both of us up while Liam carried our stuff home. Alicia fell asleep against daddy's shoulder and drooled on it a little.

"Did you two have fun?"

"Yes daddy but got sand in my shoooes!"

I took my shoe off and sand came pouring out. When we went into Liam's apartment Liam took Alicia from daddy and laid her on the couch and covered her with s blankie.

"Thanks for today guys Alicia was sort of nervous to have a play date today cause she is sorta shy."

"You don't have to thank us Liam."

Daddy ruffled Liam's hair and we went home. I wonder how Alicia and Liam met now that I think about it. Well maybe someday he will tell us their story.
