Should I put on the red, or the pink lip gloss?

I was going to go to a house party again, which I wasn't really that excited for. It's always the same, you know? You show up 2 hours late, get wickedly wasted, only to have a sober friend drive you home so you can sneak back in through the window. While I was waiting for my best friend to come pick me up, I was debating whether to use pink or red lip gloss. Stupid, I know, but I like to always look the best I can.
After finally deciding I was going for pink, I heard the doorbell ring.
"Ashley, what the fuck is that skirt? Like, barf me out!"
"Your face doesn't look that good either, Heather. But can you ever hear me complain?"Heather smiled at me.
"Let's get physical, physical
I want to get physical!""Hey Heather, can you turn the music down a bit? I can barely hear myself talk!"
Heather took a turn left and turned down the music right after.
"Is that better?", she asked while briefly looking at me and then focusing back on the road.
"Much better. You know, I have a question. Where exactly is this party and who's hosting it? Like, do you even know these people?", I asked while grabbing a cherry flavored lollipop out of the pocket of my jacket.
"Yeah, you know Kyle, that guy from the football team? Apparently this guy has a brother our age. His family will be out of town for the weekend, so he'll have the house all to himself. I heard from Jessica that he's kind of hot, but like, I don't know to be honest because Kyle isn't that good looking either. We'll see""Apparently we're supposed to enter through the back door, Jessica told me", Heather shouted to me as she was scanning the house with her eyes to find it. Or at least that's what I think she said, since the music coming from inside was really loud. After a few moments of searching, we finally found the door and I knocked on it. The girl who opened it up appeared kind of tired, she looked like she was having a rough night. Heather and I didn't really go in on it and we just walked in.
"Heather! Ashley! It's so great to see you guys!"
I looked over only to see Jessica. Yay. I mean, it's not that I have anything against her or anything, but she's just really annoying. Annoying is an understatement though, this girl was a real bitch. I think I'm just jealous of her. She's always been the pretty girl who gets all the guys, you know? That one popular girl at school that everyone hates but somehow still gets worshipped? Yup, that's Jessica. But hey, at least I have her on my side."Hey Jess, what's up?", Heather said.
I quickly faked a smile and pretended I was actually happy to see her. I'm fucked up, I know, but what else am I supposed to do? While Heather and Jessica are talking, I'm just quietly standing next to them, eating my lollipop, waiting for the conversation to be over. From what I've seen Heather seems to genuinely like Jessica. That's okay though, who am I to tell her who to like and who to dislike. As long as she doesn't get hurt.Their conversation was finally coming to an end. I gave Jessica a quick hug and me and Heather looked around the house for the kitchen, searching for something to drink. We stumbled through (what we assumed was) the kitchen door. Their kitchen was clean and empty, except for two guys sitting and talking.
"Hey, um, does any of you know where we can get ourselves some drinks?", I said awkwardly.
"Yeah, there's some punch in the living room, but I can also give you two some beer since you're already here anyways", one of them answered with a smile. "That'd be awesome, thanks""Ashley, your face is red as fuck", Heather giggled while whispering in my ear.
"Shut up, slut", I whispered back.Just as I realized I finished my lollipop, the guy came back with two cold bottles of beer for us. We politely thanked him, and we went back to the living room where we ended up dancing and playing games like spin the bottle or seven minutes in heaven with some other drunk kids for a while. I ended up kissing a few guys. After a while I got a bit tired, so I told Heather she could keep going on her own. I think she met a guy or something. I went upstairs on my own with a cup of punch, looking for a bedroom or any room where I could get some rest.
I opened the first door I saw, and there was a couple in there grossly making out. Ew, gag me with a spoon. I entered the second room as it seemed to be empty, drank the last bits that were left of my punch and laid down on the bed. I didn't even know whose bed this was and at the moment I didn't really care either. I think it was close to 2 am at this point.
I was just about to fall asleep, when I heard some noises in the room. I gently opened my eyes and looked around, thinking it'd be just another drunk couple wanting to have sex. But no, there wasn't a couple. Actually, there wasn't really anyone. I was pretty sure I heard something, and right when I decided to look around again there was a door in the corner of the room that opened. It wasn't the door to the hallway, I didn't even know there was another door here.
Out of this door walked that one boy that gave us the beers. He had wet hair and I don't think he was wearing anything but a boxer. Quickly I turned around again, feeling really awkward. That must've been a bathroom. He probably took a shower.
"Sorry, I didn't know you were in there", I mumbled. You'd think that this scenario sounds hot, I mean, a cute guy, half naked, right out of the shower. But no, sadly this is not a movie or a book. It was rather uncomfortable."That's okay. I wasn't expecting to see you either."
Of course he wasn't. I just totally invaded this guy's privacy.
I remained silent, not really knowing what to do. Should I get out, should I keep standing here facing the wall, should I talk to him?
Right as I was about to respond, he told me it was safe to turn around. The guy put on a purple shirt, matching my sweater, with an acid washed jeans. Who even was he?"Um, I'm Michael, I guess"
"My name is Ashley. Is this like, your house or anything?"
"Yeah, I live here. I'd never been to a party before, and now my first ever party is the one I'm hosting."
Were we really just going to ignore the fact that I almost saw him naked?
"I like your outfit, where'd you get that blue skirt?", Michael said to fill up the awkward silence.
"Thanks, I got it at Chelsea Girl. You know, that new clothing store at the mall"
Our conversation was really awkward, but I could tell that he was nervous. And honestly, so was I.
