I'm Anna and I'm in 9th grade. This is the third time this year I switched schools. It not because of me though,but my mom. My mom is not in the right mind. My dad beat her and abused her. Now ever time something is wrong she thinks my dad will come back and beat her,and we move every year but now it's getting worst. She will run around the house and make sure all the windows and doors are locked. I hate my dad for the way he treated her,and I wish I can help but she won't go to therapy or talk to any police. I don't know what to do to help her. My sister Chrissie is so upset lately all because her best friend took her boyfriend. I mean they never even went out,not once! She was indeed in love but not really dating him. Mom made some eggs and toast and I got ready for school.

When me and Chrissie got to school everyone was starring right at us. I felt like asking what their problem was but just then I bumped into a boy because I was lost in train-of-thought. I literally died of embarrassment!!! He said he was sorry!! I told said sorry and he went to get up and we bumped heads. When I looked up we were face to face,and his ice blue eye locked on mine and we stayed like that for a little while then I heard the screeches voice ever!!! He stood up and helped me up then I seen where the voice came from. I thought it was a alien or chubocka!!!! But no, it was a girl.
