The Writer's Untitled Novel

Chapter 1

Parang zombie akong naglalakad papasok sa kompanya na pinapasukan ko.
Ni hindi ko na nga nagawang batiin pabalik ang nakangiting guard na nakabantay sa pintuan na sya ring nagbukas nito para sakin.

Kulang na kulang pa ako sa tulog.Ay mali, wala pala akong tulog! Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko sa sarili ko.

Naglakad patungo sa desk ko ng salubungin ako ng natatarantang si Joanne, katrabaho ko.

"Uhy Shine, buti dumating kana. Pinapatawag ka ni EIC sa opisina nya.Mukhang badtrip yun!
Teka, may sakit kaba?"

Para naman akong nabuhusan ng malamig na tubig sa sinabi nya. Nakupo!
Dagli akong nagpasalamat sa nag aalalang si Joanne at dali daling tinungo ang office ni EIC... Third floor pa naman yun.

Di na ako nag atubiling gumamit ng hagdan at nag elivator nalang. Aish! Ano nanaman kaya ang problema ng gurang na iyon?!

Galit na mukha ni EIC ang sumalubong sa akin.
Oh-oh! Mukhang Alam ko na Ang dahilan nito ah.

Ngulat ako ng bigla nyang ihagis sa table nya ang draft ng storyang ginawa ko.
Napatungo nalang ako pagkat alam kong wala naman akong matinong isasagot dito.

"What is this Ms. Akichige? A typical highschooler lovestory? A damsel in distress and a hero? My God! I'm expecting better than this Ms. Akichige, but you dissapionted me. What happened to you?"

"Im sorry Ma'am..I'll write something new Ma'am. Just..Just give me three days, I promise, we will have another story to be published.."

Tiningnan lang ako nito na parang ako na yung napaka imposibleng tao sa mundo. Wait-what?? may mali nanaman ba sa sinabi ko? Im just asking for time for godness'sake!

Napabuntong hininga ito ngunit nagsalita rin pagkaraan.

"What do you think of yourself Sunshine? A computer who can easily think of a posible plot of an attention seeking story? Im not degrading your ability Sunshine, but can't you even give yourself a damn consideration? I know- we all know what youve been through, please dont force yourself.."

Naiinis ako. Naiinis ako di dahil sa napagalitan ako o nalait yung gawa ko. Well, sanay na ako sa ganyan. Di ako magtatagal sa trabahong to kung di ko matanggap lahat ng binabato sakin.

Naiinis ako sa sarili ko kasi di ko magawa ng maayos yung trabaho ko. I am Sunshine Avalon Akichige the famous- QueenOfHearts, a novel writer of the three promising novels in the year which recieve three consecutive awards as the most read story in town.
But what happen to me now? It's been a month. It's been a month since I've recieved that award and the whole nation knew what happened to me.

That the great romance novel writer get involve in  break up because of the most common reason which is third party!

Now tell me, how can I possibly write a beautiful lovestory when in fact I just got through a heartbreak and almost everyone knew about it?

"I'll give you a break Sunshine. But please, make sure you'll be okay. You need this."

"What? But Ma'am, I can write! You dont need to do this Ma'am, I can handle myself Ma'am. I can---

Nagulat nalang ako ng bigla syang tumayo at lumapit sakin..

"You need this Shine. You need time for yourself. You cant write if your in this kind of state. Yes you can write, but I promise, it wont ever be published if you write like that."

"Tell me, how can a brokenhearted person write like shes so inlove? Alam mong hindi yun kasing effective gaya ng mga isinusulat mo dati! Magmumukha lang yung sucidal Shine! Magtutunog bitter, anong gusto mong mangyari, mawala nalang bigla ng parang bula ang mga natitirang readers mo dahil lang sa sobrang bitter na bitter kana sa mga storyang sinusulat mo?"

I dont need that damn vacation! I can write.I can write just like before. But, sinong niloko ko? hahaha nakakatawa.

"You need time to heal your wound Shine. Dont worry, you are always welcome in this company. In your home. We will always accept you, open arms."
