the avengers notice they're in an unknown spot once they regain consciousness they remember.
They were kidnapped (avengernapped?).
Tony wakes up in the uncomffort of a plane flying back home, he looks out the window and see's he's almost home!
happy comes to pick tony up. When tony gets back he notices the tower is in an uncaristaristic silence, as he gets a bad feeling in his guts, the man walks over to the living room, the main hangout spot.
no ones there,but there was a note- a threat. Tony opens the letter but what he sees inside horrifies him.
"if you love your dear avengers, come to hydra base- unarmed"said the anonymous writer "if you dont come unarmed or alone your friends'll be shooted on the spot"
Tony panicks and does exactly what the orders say. meanwhile...
The avengers where terrified,even if they did not show it, none of them knew how they could've been captured. They wait for what seems like years, untill-
