One last time

The calm before the storm

"Bye mum" Chelsea grabbed her bag and coat before walking out the door. She started walking then stopped and looked down at her feet realising she was wearing one black sock and one grey one. She sighed while starting to walk again speeding up a little bit not wanting to be late for school.  Suddenly, someone put their hand around Chelsea she jumped and looked up to see Daniel. "Oh thank god it's only you" she took a sigh of relief. "Who else would it be?" He chuckled while rubbing her head messing up her straight hair. Chelsea pushed his hand away and punched him lightly in the arm "hey! Stop it!". Daniel just chuckled more slowly holding Chelsea's hand. Chelsea held his hand back and they both walked to school together.

(Later at school)

Chelsea was sitting at the back of the classroom,  laying her head on the desk slowly falling asleep during the science lesson. Miss Mills saw and walked up to her tapping her shoulder and was really angry "hey you can't sleep in my lesson get up!". Chelsea didn't wake up after she had to stay awake all night. The teacher then hit the book over her head "get up!" Chelsea abruptly woke up while rubbing her head "sorry miss" The teacher went to the front of the classroom again and began teaching as normal.

As soon as Chelsea yawned the fire drill went off she stood up and lined up  she was third from the front. Chelsea followed the line outside the raindrops falling on her head as it started to pour down with rain "I left my coat inside" she sighed and stayed in the line. Daniel walked up to Chelsea and put his coat over her "don't get cold have this" he put the hood up on the coat and zipped it up. "Thanks"Chelsea  smiled and Daniel went back to his own line. About 5 minutes after everyone was back in class doing the same boring work.

(After school)

Daniel waited for Chelsea at the front of the gates she took her time but finally she walked up to him "hey thanks for the coat" she handed him back his coat. "No problem" the rain had stopped and Daniel put his arm around Chelsea pulling her closer to him. They both started walking to her house "How was school?" Daniel didn't know what else to say. "It was good just boring" Chelsea couldn't be bothered to ask him anything she just wanted to get home.

They reached her house and Daniel let go of her "Are you really ok?" He started getting worried about Chelsea she was never this distant. "I'm fine really" she kissed his cheek then walked into her house leaving him there by himself. Daniel then walked to his house and text her saying he was home. Chelsea replied saying ok and that was it she put her phone down and walked downstairs.

"Mum can I go out?" Chelsea walked up to her mum hoping she would say yes. "You know I don't care what you do! do whatever leave me alone!" Her mum was always aggressive towards Chelsea as her dad left her because he didn't want a child. "Ok mum" cheslea hoped that one day her mum would be nice to her. She walked out the living room and towards the door grabbing her coat on the way.

Hello this is my first book so hopefully it's not to bad I know it's boring but it will get better the next chapter is out tomorrow!
