I like blue roses and I can never pick what my favorite chocolate is, I know you love the caramel slice I make so that has to be there on our picnic. Actually better than a picnic would be one of our midnight walks to Mcdonald's. Twelve am with barely anyone around, we set off in search of the choc chip pancakes we love so much. I'm pretty sure we are like twenty one time.
There's music or something in the background and it's almost empty, just us and one or two other people. It's simple, nothing expensive but something we both enjoy. We talk and laugh for a while eating our pancakes and debating on getting a milkshake or coffee at one am. Maybe we should sleep but we both laugh... It's almost too late to do that.
If we sleep we'll sleep all day and I want to see the sunrise with you. A nap at twelve pm sounds reasonable instead. So it's agreed that we stay here for a bit longer with some coffee to wake us up enough that on our walk back we'll catch the sunrise and then go to sleep watching a movie.
Even when we're doing nothing I have fun with you, I don't have to be anything other than me. So I can laugh at the silly things we say or do, even if it makes sense to no one else, just us two. I miss our midnight pancakes, we could talk for hours when we did it. Sleeping in bed for hours with you it's so nice and warm.
When we get the time I want midnight chocolate chip pancakes from Mcdonalds because I can't make chocolate pancakes that don't taste bad. We'll stay out till three am watching weird music shows that very few watch, laughing at the videos that accompany the songs that make no sense. Just us two, not worrying about anything because in that moment nothing else does. I'm looking forward to those choc chip pancakes and seeing another sunrise with you.
