Check POP settings, in the account you want to import from:

Step 1: On your desktop, Log in to your email account.

Step 4: Here, click on the POP/IMAP Forwarding tab.

Step 5: In the POP Download section, check POP is enabled or not.

Step 4: Scroll down, across Check mail from other accounts section, select the email account you need to import emails from.

Step 5: After that, ensure you are using the following below settings:

· Email address/Username: your complete Gmail address.

· Email Password: your secure Gmail password.

· POP Server: pop.gmail.com

· Port Number: 995

· Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server: Unchecked this option.

· Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail: Checked this option.
