(Bandit's POV)

Having an assassin for a sister means you can not say no, especially when she invites you to some bullshit party with her drug addict girlfriend. I didn't want to dress up like the others, standing there in my studded leather jacket, under which I had a simple black shirt and leather jeans to match, I moved my bandanna which was around my neck to fiddle with my silver dog tags when I had the most disturbing thought that I was being watched. No, I was being stared at. As I looked around I soon caught the gaze of who I could only describe as a man sculpted by gods eye-fucking me, He had long blonde hair that looked soft and silk like, deep black eyes framed by sensible glasses, clear skin and a nice complexion... tall, definitely toned and well built but fuck that when this guy was looking like he wanted to take a bite out of me. I decided to turn away and grab a drink, sipping it uneasily, I might have looked like a rebel but I was shy, hell with this kind of attention I didn't know what to do, I'd never been looked at this way. So after taking a few deep breaths to calm my nerves I turned back around to find myself face to face with the offender.

"Uh... C-Can I help you?" I asked nervously while glancing up at him, my coal eyes meeting his for a moment as I felt my cheeks heat.

"What's a gorgeous guy like you here doing alone?"

"Uh..."

"I mean- Forget it. I'm Adrian Avalon, wouldn't you care to tell me your name?"

God his voice... Not that I like guys or anything! This guy made me sound like a prepubescent child, not to mention he's the richest man alive but he wants to know my name.

"It's... uh... B-Bandit." I managed, there was no way I was sharing my last name, we were notoriously the worst family by reputation alone. I glanced up at him for a moment and he was smiling down at me.

"You look familiar, Bandit... could It be that you're related to Seiko Nemesis?"

He may have looked amused but it didn't stop the un-manly noise slipping from my lips which made him smirk, what could I have expected from the smartest man alive.

"Ah well... You um... You could say so..." I mumbled, he only chuckled at me in response "Bandit Nemesis, you must be here with your sister then, hm?" I didn't need to answer, I knew that he already knew the answer to that, he knew exactly why I was here but I gave a firm nod in response "I'm afraid to tell you this but..." He took a pause that made me uncomfortable, oh god I fucked up didn't I? "You are far too good for a place like this." I felt my breath hitch and I think he probably knew it did too, I had no idea how to respond to something like that, while I was too busy panicking about what on earth he could have possibly meant I didn't hear him speak for a while.

"Bandit." He was calling me firmly, why hadn't I noticed the subtle husky tone that I know made my face light up in a soft pink so I pulled my bandana up over my cheeks "Uhm...yes?" I asked, avoiding his intense dark gaze, was he looking at me or through me? "I asked if you would like to accompany me to the balcony, so?" He was inviting me up to the save quiet sanctuary of the balcony, how could I refuse "Ah...yes, I would like that, Mr-" He cut me off? "Adrian. Call me Adrian." He offered me a gentle smile and his hand which I very hesitantly took, oh god I was afraid perhaps I would spoil such lovely hands after all, I was no where near upper class and an Avalon was like royalty but as his hand closed around mine I got a sense that he didn't care, leading me off up a polished marble set of majestic stairs, this place was huge and beautiful, I felt so insufficient.

I soon reached the spacious balcony, decorated with elegant chairs with matching tables covered in dark clothes with some sort of patterning, I personally think it looked like stars or something, winding vine archways covered in magnolia, it was... well I felt that it was magical, I'd never seen anything like this. Now this wasn't to say the Nemesis family was poor, we wasn't, if we wanted something there was a good chance we could afford it but compared to the Avalons we might as well have been homeless. I was guided to one of these magical tables and a chair was pulled out for me, this was some what embarrassing actually but I liked this. I accepted the seat and muttered a soft word of gratitude to him which I was surprised he picked up and sat opposite me.

There we sat for what felt like eternity, talking aimlessly and he showed me the constellations of the stars, I told him I was a Virgo and I learned he was an Aquarius, it felt so... strange when he showed me our constellations which were coincidentally close by one an other, he stated that our signs could bring out the best in each other, was he suggesting we too could bring out the best in each other? I smiled none the less, his company was delightful as it was and I wanted to sit under the stars with him for so much longer but sadly this moment was all but ruined when a brunette woman burst in leisurely, her hair parted and he coal eyes stared me down, she was holding up the bottom of her black and red dress with her black gloved hands "Bandit, it's time to go." She stated simply, there was no arguing. I moved to stand but Adrian caught my arm "I wish to speak with you again soon." He smiled softly and Seiko gave him a harsh glare "You will not." she snapped, she'd always been over protective, Adrian dismissed her and slipped a card into my pocket, I would assume a business card so I could call him.

He wanted to talk with me again? This made my heart flutter and my stomach do a back-flip, I too would like to be in the company of Adrian Avalon. Seiko scoffed and marched over, her heels clicking softly against the stainless floor, grabbing me and she might as well have growled at Adrian as she lead me out of the room, down those breathtaking stairs and out of the house, I don't see why she was allowed to control me like this, half the time she wasn't even an Nemesis but that was for another time. For now I watched the Avalon house vanish from the car window, pulling out the card from my pocket and smiling softly, my own pitch eyes staring at the flawless paper, brushing my one sided fringe from over my eye I slouched with a sigh.

"Adrian Avalon..."

I couldn't help but smile.
