"Hank..?" Connor knocked to the lieutenant's room. The old man didn't come out this morning and it made the android worried.
No answer. The RK800 decided to let himself in. It was unlocked so he didn't need to kick the door open.
There the lieutenant was. Laying in his bed covered with layers of blankets. The android walked closer trying to wake up Hank.
He noticed how Hank looked pale and really exhausted. So Connor checked his temperature. It made the android panic that would make his LED turn red.
"W-what?.." Hank opened his eyes and saw a panicking Connor looking at him. He tried sitting up but with the running high fever and weakness, he can't.
"Lieutenant, please stay in bed." Connor said and helped the old man lay back down. "You have a very high fever, please rest."
"I'm not sick-" he replied then coughed suddenly.
"You are. So stay in bed." Connor added. "I'll call the captain to give you a week off."
So the man was given a week off, including the android. Then he can take care of the old grumpy lieutenant back to his health.
