Lapis POV
I wake up to feel a terrible taste in my mouth I look to Peridot to see that she is awake and on her phone she notices me and says "morning Lazil" I smile but I feel queeze I get up and rush towards the bathroom. The door swings open and I dip my head down into the bowl of the toilet were I then proceed to through up the chips from the bar I had last night and the pasta I had before I got in the taxi yesterday. After I stop hurling into the toilet I hear Peridot behind me say. "Hey are you okay?" I look back and smile still holding onto the toilet. "I'm fine. I'm also sorry you had to see that." Peri shakes her head about to say something when I start to hurl in the toilet again. Peridot then rushes over to rub my back trying to calm me down. "It's okay. " she says in a low soothing voice. "My mother throw up a lot then she first got sick. So I'm numb to the smell and the look. " I stopped to look around at her. Her hand still on my back. "I'm so sorry Peri. " I said a little sadder now. "Well I know she's in a better place now where she can't be sick anymore. " she sighed so I hugged her. She hugged back her hand going up and down my back. I smiled and said "can I have ice cream please. " peridot laughed and went to the kitchen to go grab some ice cream. I stood up and washed my mouth out. She then came back with a pot of cookie dough ice cream and two spoons. "Lets eat in here just incase" we sat down and eat are ice cream.
