Ch. 3: Crisscross

Arcee's Pov-

It's been a few days since (Y/n) was captured, Ratchet tried his hardest to reach her somehow in someway, Optimus been going on missions more than usual to see by any chance if the decepticons are holding her prisoner.

Bulkhead, Bumblebee, i kept a look out for (Y/n) while we waited for the kids in front of the school.

Time passed-

School was over & i see the kids came outside. Miko gets in Bulkhead, Raf gets in Bumblebee & Jack gets on me as we all drove off to base, continued searching for (Y/n). But no sign of luck, this was worrying Jack a lot.

It was getting late & Bulkhead, Bumblebee & i took the kids home. as jack & i were almost to his house. Jack than told me to stop, he seems to be claiming done a bit.i did as told then Jack said he would walk me on the way.

I except his offer as he walked me to his house in my vehicle mode.

"Thanks for walking me home, Jack. You're a real gentleman."

"I don't want you revved up before bedtime." Jack said walking to the garage door.

"Mom's a light sleeper," as he opens the garage door.

"And i don't think she understands about-" Then someone interrupted Jack.

"Understand what, Jack?" June (Jack's mother) asked, jack turned around seeing his mother inside the garage.

"You breaking curfew for the third time this month?" She said upset.

"Mom." He said backing away from her to me.

"Or why you boss called about you missing another shift at work?" She walks to Jack saying "Or maybe the e-mails I've received from your Art History teacher, who's concerned that you've been falling asleep in class."

"Eh- Well, two words, mom, --Art & History." Jack replied holding up two fingers then puts them down.

"Tell me the rumors aren't true, Jack. Tell me your not racing that motorcycle." She said very upset.

"No. no. wait, wait. Where did you hear that?" Jack asked

"Small town, people talk."June replied as she continued.

"I work in a emergency room, Jack. I've seen what could happen. So please tell me you haven't fallen in with a bad crowd?" June asked.

"What? N-no. No, No, no. My friends are the good crowd. Seriously good." Jack said.

"I let you have that bike because you convinced me you were mature enough to handle it. But i think you may need a gentle reminder." June said.

"Message received, mom. Loud & clear,"Jack said as he grabbed me.

"I'm-I'm glad we had this talk." Before he could walk me inside the garage.

"I meant, let's see if a few weeks without the distraction of your motorcycle will do the trick." June said As she walks away.

"But-" June turns around introduced him.

"No Buts, i know you want to find (Y/n)."Jack looked down to me with a sad face as June say.

"But i can't let you look for her in that motorcycle knowing you could get hurt.
You're grounded from everything except school & work. And if you want to take a bike to Ethier, you'll peddle." She say, putting at the old bike.

Jack looks at the old bike staring at it.June get in is face.

"Serious face, Jack if i see that motorcycle out of the garage..." she say as she kissed Jack on the forehead.
