A strange beeping sound and a couple of voices were the first things I heard as I came to one of them said "Is it safe?" The other voice yelled at him for calling me an it. I groaned waking up and wincing as I got blinded by the operating room lights. Scientist: "he's awake" "where am I?" I said scared and confused, "What is this place?" Scientist: "look at me" I looked at him obediently. "Yes Sir!" I shouted as the commander came in to check on my progress. I was in a pod as I wasn't ready yet to survive on my own. Commander: "Wow he's almost ready" I was still scared but I was pumped full of knockout meds and then everything went black.
