Ability to enhance or weaken the powers of others.
Example: The user is able to enhance the powers of the other heroes/villains. Like boost their agility, power, and even sometimes are able to heal to a certain extent. The power has a limit though, it is only able to boost powers 20%-30% . This quirk can also decrease the abilities. But they can only decrease them by 10%-15%.
If Mastered: The user can increase abilities by 30%-35% and can decrease abilities by 20%-25%.
Drawbacks: Include migraines, fatigue, temporary loss to increase/decrease abilities, and passing out.
