Victoria Engelhart, a tall 15 year old girl, finally convinced her mom, dad, and step-parents to grant her two wishes. To spend an entire summer with her brother who lives in L.A. and then go to Germany and study abroad for a whole year. Convincing her parents took a little over a year and she only convinced her mom when she reminded her about losing weight, Victoria used to be the overly plump, and curvy girl in class that was always dangling in and out of obesity, now a year and a half later she finally conquered her weight and excercises daily keeping her body in shape.
Her brother Peter agreed to take her places all over California and to let her go to a few parties of his and his friends. What could be better? Spending a summer with her brother hanging out, going to parties, and doing whatever and then spending a whole year in another country were she would be old enough to experience so many new things. Victoria can barely wait.
