"you let george punch you?" madelyn asked alex as they stood at their lockers. he looked over his shoulder to see george and izzie also talking, probably about him.

"i didn't let him. he just got the jump on me."

"oh yeah? and what did he punch you about anyway?" alex took a deep breathe in, hesitant to tell madelyn.

"i gave him syphilis." alex said quickly.

"ew, ew! you didn't sleep with him, did you?"

"what? no! we just happened to sleep with the same nurse."

"oh my god, you didn't give me syphilis, did you?"

"dude, chill. i slept with olivia after i slept with you. you're good."

"well, okay."

bailey barged into the interns locker room and started barking her orders.

"okay, people. assignments. yang, you're on discharges. o'mallwy, report to room e19. greys, come see me. and who was on call last night?" bailey turned to izzie, alex. "sloppy, sloppy. redo these and return them to me before lunch, understood?" she handed a pile of files to alex and everyone except madelyn, bailey and meredith left the room.

"somebody's popular." bailey motioned to meredith as the twins followed her.

"meaning?" meredith asked.

"there's been a special request just for you two."

the twins approached derek, burke, and addison. addison has requested to work with the grey interns today.

"the interns you requested." meredith finished addisons sentence. derek shared a glance of disbelief with addison and the to burke both him and burke exited the scene.

"define t.t.t.s." addison asked meredith as whole they were doing rounds on a special patient.

"twin-twin transfusion syndrome, conjoined fetal twins." meredith answered.

"connected by?" addison probed.

"blood vessels in the placenta." madelyn answered.

"meaning?" addison probed again.

"one twin gets too much blood, the other too little, endangering the lives of both." madelyn answered again.

"good job, grey."

[a/n] i hate unfinished endings, rip man. i wrote this part like 2 years ago and left it in my drafts, never went back to it. anyways, for new people that discovered this, i wrote this like 2-3 ish years ago back when i was in middle school, I'm one year off from graduating high school now. it's been a while.
