Yumi Ishiyama is a normal 20 year old student in Kadic Academy in Paris, France. She moved to Paris from Tokyo, Japan when she was 5 years old. She has 4 best friends : Jeremy, Aelita, Odd and Ulrich. But what makes her and her friends different than others?
She and her friends are fighting over a fully-autonomous, highly inteligent and multi-agent sistem called X.A.N.A. who wants to destroy the world. To win fight against X.A.N.A. they must go to the virtual world, Lyoko and deactivate the towers. After some time, her longtime crush William beacame Lyoko warrior and became trapped in X.A.N.A.'s control.
Will she be able to save the world? Or William? Or maybe...someone new. Someone different.
