Ice Cream

*Alexander P.O.V*

                   Hailey really was off after the whole fiasco of leaving the hotel and finding a new place to stay. I haven't really asked her why but I get this feeling that she wouldn't want me to know. "Hey Alex we ran out of bread. Mind getting some?" I heard Hailey asked. I was really comfortable in my position. "Why don't you do it?" I said. She rolled her eyes and put on her boots. I mentally pat myself on the back for being lazy.

*Hailey P.O.V*

                 Stupid Alex. Why can't he just get the stupid loaf of bread. Ughh watever. I went to the mini market across the street and went in. The store was pretty decent. I got the bread, some jam and an ice-cream for me. I paid all in cash at the counter.

                  I took out my ice cream and licked on it as I walked back to the house. Suddenly I felt dizzy and my eyes were getting heavier. I fell to the ground and felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me as they carried me bridal style. I was laid down gently on something soft which I'm guessing is a bed. "Hails. Wake up. Can you hear me?" I heard Alex's voice. "A..lee..x.," I slowly said. I could feel sweat on my forehead.

                  "Don't worry you're fine," he said. He left the room for a while and I started to panic. Soon he came back with some warm water and a cloth. He soaked it in the cloth and placed it on my forehead. Immediately I got up. "Whoa,I thought this may help. I didn't know it would work," he said.  "Purebloods only can fall sick for a short amount of time. Someone spiked my ice cream," I said pacing around the room.

They know we're here. Oh no.
