Drunk Garnet.

Peridot's POV

I walk down the stairs with Lapis on my back. Don't ask. After she threw up all over my bathroom floor she asked me to carry her. So I did. But by the time I got down the last step I heard louds shouts coming from the kitchen and I knew instantly that it was Ruby. I put Lapis down on the officechair and pushed her into the kitchen were we saw Ruby and her much taller drunk daughter, Garnet yelling at eachother. "Hey guys what's up?" I said breaking their loud conversation up. "Garnet has come home drunk 5 times this week and she has been staying somewhere else since Wednesday. " Ruby said crossing her arms. "Well Mum sometimes I don't want to go to school smelling like lesbian swet and vodka so I go around my girlfriend's house and stay over. But sometimes I go out with my guy friends and get drunk at real bars." Ruby gasped at the words "real bar. " "this is a real bar. It's just a lesbian bar so yeah there will be a lot more women in here but it's not like we live here. You could go home anytime you wanted. " I looked over to Lapis who mouthed "does this happen a lot." I nodded my head and walked in between the mother and daughter. "Ok so Garnet. You don't want for what people to think your weird because your mothers work in a lesbian bar? " she nodded her head. "And Ruby. You don't want Garnet going out and not telling you where she's going? " Ruby nodded her head. "Ok so Garnet. Maybe you could text your mum every night if you are staying at someone else house and who they are. And Ruby you could try and let Garnet be a bit more free like letting her go to other bars. " the two nodded their heads and shook hands they the walked into different rooms and Lapis gauged up at me. "How did you do that? " I smiled and replied "I've known Garnet since they day she was born and I've know Ruby since secondary school. " she smiled and got out of her chair. "Lets get ready for the day. " she then walked out into the bar. "You can walk! " I shouted in a fake angry voice. I heard her laugh but say. "You know you love me. "

~~~5pm~~~Lapis'~~~POV~~~

I was filling up drinks for a cute couple who just got married when I saw a group of secondary school looking boys come through the door. I went up to them and said "hey boys you can't be in here this is  a lesbian bar so you need to leave before someone starts to think this place it's safe anymore. " the front boy pissed me. "Step of dude anyway we just thought that maybe it would be easier to have threesomes if its two girls. " II slapped the boy across the face. "Listen her pal these women are not sexual objects for men they love other women because thats what they want not you. Now I think you should get out before I call the police." The guy backed of but as I turned around he hit me in the head making me fall and sit back up with a bloody nose. "is there a problem here? " I heard Peridot say in a low voice. "No mama we just wanted to see Garnet she owes us money for liquor. " Peridot nodded her head "how much?" The boy pulled out a receipt "20 pounds" Peridot pushed the money onto the boy and left with his gang. She then helped me stand up and get cleaned up. Soon after I fought everything went back to normal Garnet came through the back down drunk. "Garnet why did you have 20 pounds werf of liquor. " Peridot asked. Garnet shrugged but then fell forwards Period caught her in time and said "we can't let Ruby see you like this come on lets get you home." I grabbed Garnet's other side and we walked to her house. We told her to have a shower and go to bed. Once we were back we told Ruby that Garnet had come to the backdoor to ask for her house keys and that she seemed to be sober and now she's at home in bed. Ruby sighed in relief. "You know I just don't know what to do with her. " Peri and I laughed with Ruby until closing time. We got everything cleaned and Peri led me upstairs were we had instant noddles. "Yeah Lapis you know you can come sleep in my bed when ever you want. If it be a nightmare or not being able to sleep. I'm here." I smiled at her offer but I felt like if maybe I do like Peridot but then does that mean we're moving to fast. So I just simply said "thankyou."
