Quirk: Blink •He can teleport anywhere in the world but since he is inexperienced with his quirk he can only teleport for about 2 kilometers, however he should know the exact location of where he is teleporting or else he might teleport into a wall or in the sky, also if he is not sure where to go he might sever himself.
Ex. If he wants to go to Musutafu and blinked and decided he wanted to go somewhere else he might go to one of them or half of him may be transported to both places at once.
